I??m trying to automate geocoding tasks with ModelBuilder in ArcGIS 10.2. The address locator that I use for geocoding comes from ESRI StreetMap Premium. I would like to change some default settings of the geocoding options. Is it possible to set these options in Model Builder? The other way that I could think of is to create a locator and change the setting. But the address locator that I use comes from ESRI StreetMap Premium. Does anyone know more about this way of changing the locator settings? Thanks! Sadly, you can't changes settings via model builder or python. The only "settings" you can change are the once you set up while creating the Address Locator.

Tony, in your screenshot under Layer, where it says DriveTimes, click the small triangle next to it and download your data there. Then you can open it in ArcGIS Desktop. Or open an empty MXD, click the little triangle icon next to your Add Data button and choose "Add data from ArcGIS Online. Make sure in your mxd that you are signed into your ArcGIS Online account (File -> Sign in...) Hope this helps! Tim

Matt, the map you have inherited is in Legacy style and the example you have posted is in AMD style. ESRI and Dojo is moving towards AMD and away from legacy. This might help you with translating. For homebutton use this and for basemap toggle use this. Both links are in legacy style. Hope this helps! Tim

Lars, I think you would have to download a local copy and then edit your domains and then re-upload your feature service. Tim

The ET Geo Wizard lets you use polygons to points in the free version. Or this link might help you.

Manu, If you already know some html/css and javascript, I would start here. Click on create your first map, to get an idea. Also make sure to check out dojo. Since I didn't know much about html/css and javascript, I started at code academy to learn the basics. You can also look at the sticky, with more useful links. Hope this points you in the right direction! Tim

Alex, this is a weird one. After I added the following code to one of your panes on the right the basemap gallery worked: <div id="basemapGallery"></div> After that I closed the browser window and reopened your link and all the sudden your basemap started working. Tim

Spencer, when you add the layer to your map you can always specify its transparency, via code, in its properties. See here. Hope this helps! Tim

Edwin, to be able to join one thing to the other they both need to have a field with a unique identifier, which the joint will be based on. Do you have such a field on both attribute tables? Tim
