I have used them what you describe them but my only one simple question is why does it jumping it around as it should not be ? Know what i mean. Don't know if this is a bug or not...maybe ESRI should take a notice of it. Thanks Charlotte !

Do you have ENVI or ERDAS ? Those two can do it.

Thank you. I checked the one you point me to and download it and I can see there are some cemeteries on the attribute but the one I was looking for wasn't existed in Chafee County, Colorado.

Are there other basemap that can I use to add them to my ArcMap ? I do know how to use add data, add basemap and add data from arcgis online. What I am looking to see if there is a cemetery layer for Colorado ? Has anyone ever mapped it ? Any suggest would be appreciate it. Would a cemetery be considering own by the county ?

Yes, I am aware of that tool you mention but my question was why does the rescale bounced like jumping when you use it ?

No, when you use the scale tool to "zoom" in or "zoom" out and when you do that where you want and then let it go the mouse it just jumps out in the middle and you would have to use the shift to move it Get it ?
