I am in preparing to collect a few shapefiles that I have already made table joined with the spreadsheet. it has a lot of Fields that I am going through . I have to check each fields to match the Fire Data Dictionary Standards. Is there a way around for me to create a report to see the Fields ? Would "Create Reports" under in Tables be a good way to look at ? Just need a feedback on what is better and easier way to do that. Much similiar to Pivot Table but quicker way

I do have a question about Geodatabase Topology's Error Inspector and I have looked at the ArcGIS help online however, I could not find it . Here is the screenshot of what I am trying to explain. I believe it is the font size that MAY have affected the spaces. I change to Batang 72.00 size and it fits nicely. You can see the parentheses that fits even within the "leader line" around the box.

It is a text that I am trying to do is to put the parentheses before and after the word that looks like this : ( Waldo Burn Area Only ) So, the box with the parentheses is not even and you can see the top of the parentheses has more space than the bottom. So that is why I asked what is the name of the cyan color that goes around the parentheses. Trying to figure it out how to make the parentheses even in the box.
