Hi friend ! In my case, my forest service has a lot of them that are very old like 1930's and up to 1950's and they have no  information, so that is why you don't see a lot of them out there... The only way for you is to just georeference in ArcGIS Pro or any other Structure in Motion software like Metashape... Where did you got your scanned imagery ?   Here is what I found a few years ago when I first started working on aerial photos using ERDAS Imagine Autosync and I had to understand how aerial photos works especially overlap with basemap and maps... My former co-worker says that some of the aerial photos doesn't align very well... so he did not like AutoSync.. Hi,  In the past I use Agisoft Metashape to do this scanned image because it is a lot more accuracy  compare to ArcGIS Pro.  If you don't have it, You still can use it without the information.  My agency had taken it away from me because Metashape is from Russia.  So , now I went back to ArcGIS Pro and keep going.. until my agency decides to restore it or not. They may  replace to a different Structure Motion program. Basically you need to find the same features on both the scanned and the basemap as possible as you can...It is not perfect.  I usually use about 25 control points and use Spline to do this work.. Has anyone in here have a luck adding Favorites to the "Add Data" to get access to your hard drive aka C drive ? Here is a example of what I am talking about :     But when you open Catalog Pane, it is there for you to access to OS(C:) hard drive ? Is there a way around to add the Favorites like the one in Catalog Pan in the dialog box for the Add Data ??   Please add the Favorite to the Add Data to do list !!!! ... View more

One thing People seem to forgot is when you add the data to ArcGIS Pro, the basemap is already set to default to WGS1984 Web Mercator (auxiliary sphere). So, if you have not already change to your projection to set UTM83-10. Also, check each ESPG to match both.. Can you screenshot both your data and ArcGIS Pro to us ? Has anyone notice something strange on Data Source in the background ? What I am saying that in ArcGIS Desktop is that we can see to know where the Data Source came from.... but in Pro no ! Here is the screenshot .. So when your layer is moved or have a red Exclamation Point .... and you need to know where to find...     and then you press the Set Data Source button at the upper right corner. And it opens another dialog box    Can you see my the Question Mark drew a red circle  showing nothing and it is difficult to track where you left over and know where to find ...  Kind of strange to see that....   Is that suppose to be that way ? ...
