Christian Romeyn, Suggest you go ahead and move this (under the Actions heading to the right) from your home discussions to the Hydro Sub-space. Also, what version of GeoHMS and ArcGIS for Desktop are you working with. Also, what data format did you start with, shape files or file geodatabase? Stuart.

Manish Shrivastav, Just verified that the MFT site is up and functional, please verify your sftp configuration as at the top of this thread--and try again. Alternatively, the Water Resources Team has put up an HTTP service here. As announced by Christine in Alternate Download Location for Arc Hydro Setup Files Stuart

Aaron Gerber, Actually still easily done, but you will need to know the ESU authorization codes for the core Desktop product and each of the extensions. All of them will often be found in an "authorization" file that should have an extension of *.prvc in email or on the local system. The process is to run ArcGIS Administrator --> Support Operations --> and Deauthorize... it should return the fulfillments for the core ArcGIS for Desktop and any extensions, back to the FlexNet Publisher services at Esri Redlands. Then, with the license "fulfillments" returned to Esri and available for reuse, you can use the same Authorization file and run the ArcGIS Administrator --> Desktop --> Authorize now... wizard. You can manually edit the existing authorization file to remove extensions no longer needed, and could also just enter all the details by hand into the Wizard. Proceed through and do the 'authorize now via the internet' for the simplest completion. Post back if still stuck. Stuart

Nah, it is a common mistake with this new Jive based forum, you need to be in the Place where you want the discussion to be created, 3D in this case. Fortunately, with GeoNet, moving a discussion you've created is much easier to accomplish. Hope you get the answer you need. You might poke the folks in the CityEngine group Stuart

Colin, Rather than in your personal place, suggest you move this discussion to 3D (All Places -> GIS -> 3D -> discussions and also apply tags of "3d" and "cityengine". That should put it in view of folks who can help. Stuart

Christine,*, ArcHydro content from the old 2010-2014 forums has been migrated to the Arc Hydro GeoNet Sub-Space. While content regards HEC RAS, HMS and other items was moved to the its own Hydro GeoNet Sub-Space. Makes this social group a bit superfluous, but if you would like to retain it, suggest it could be renamed Esri Water Resources community or such, and perhaps use it address the support and development efforts that you, Dean and company routinely coordinate with the HEC and the rest of the Hydro community. Blogs, announcements, documentation, training opportunities, etc. it could be useful while keeping the sub-space content focused on support of the extensions. Stuart

Folks, Since this ancient thread was revived, for anyone interested the PyWin32 extension to use with ArcGIS 10.1 and 10.2 is Mark Hammond's Python for Windows 32-bit available on SourceForge at build 219 for Python 2.7 from the linked URL. Allow the download to complete and then run the installer. But, you may have to make PATH and *.pth adjustments for it to function with ArcPy. Stuart

Mahendar, You could also download and install the ArcHydro extension. It has very extensive help for stepping you through the processes leading to a watershed delineation. The download details are here in this discussion: New password for Arc Hydro ftp site - March 11 2014 Also, would suggest you might move this posting to the Arc Hydro Sub-Space and apply a few tags "arc_hydro" "watershed" Stuart

David, OK, so probably not related to the license for Desktop being available. Maybe it is an ArcGIS.com account SSO issue. Lets see if Larry or one of the other ArcGIS Pro devs will respond. Stuart

David, I am not yet up to speed on how the licensing will need to be handled, but I know that there will be "linkage" to the version of ArcGIS for Desktop that is authorized (either as Single Use or available from a Concurrent pool). I've had no issues with using ArcGIS Pro beta, but then my ArcGIS.com account is linked to my Organizational account as well as my "My Esri" (Customer Care Portal replacement) account and I'm running on a system with ArcGIS for Desktop 10.2.2 Advanced installed, with an ARCGIS_LICENSE_FILE value set pointing to a concurrent pool. Might suggest though that to structure this discussion you add a tag "licensing" and use the Move button from the Actions column to the right and move this to the GIS Space. And please let us know how this plays out for you. Stuart cc: Larry Young Robert LeClair
