Is anyone else experiencing unresponsive behavior from Survey123? I am unable to access my surveys via the Survey123 Web site. Also, all of the feature services that were published via Survey123 are unresponsive as well. I get the following message: Thanks

Hi all, I have a web app builder application constructed through AGOL(not Developer edition) and have constructed some simple queries using the Query widget. I can run the query on a specific layer to select features based on a date range. The results in the the Query Widget Window show the date like this: 6/13/2017, 11:20:06 AM which is how I want it to see it in my CSV File but when I export it to a CSV file the date just goes back to 6/13/2017 with no hours/minutes/seconds. I can open the attribute table of the Query Result and export to CSV from there but it provides the same result. I also have a Select Widget that allows me to select features from the map and export those results to a CSV file and that operation does retain the date format such as I have it set in the original AGOL map (6/13/2017, 11:20:06 AM). So, I am trying to understand why other operations will work and preserve the date but the Query Widget does not. I might be missing a simple setting somewhere but when I check I don't see any additional options other than "Allow to export Results" Thanks, Jason

James, Can you give me an update on the fix status? I am still experiencing the same issue so I am assuming you encountered some more issues when running your test. Thanks

James, Any chance you have an idea of when this particular issue will be resolved? The reason why I ask is because I will need to determine if a secondary option needs to be implemented (i.e. develop another survey). A couple of days will be OK but a couple of weeks won't be. Thanks

James, Well yes we do have a question where the user would type in their email address so therefore the @ character would appear. Why has this become an issue now? Is there a fix or solution to resolve this? Thanks

Jonathan, Thanks for the information but I don't believe that I have a % character listed anywhere within my survey. Plus it had been working up until a couple of months ago.

The survey in question was created on April 12th 2017 however this goes back to surveys that were created on March 8th 2017. Is there a fix or solution? I really don't want to create a new survey since I will lose all of the surveys collected and I am currently pulling information from the published feature service from ArcGIS Online. Thanks

James, Thanks again for your quick reply! Are you seeing this with all surveys or a specific survey(s). Yes, I am experiencing this issue with all of my surveys that were created via the Web Designer (obviously I can't click on the Design Tab for surveys created via Survey123 Connect). Could I ask you to test by creating a new survey with one question, publishing it, and then attempting to alter it's design? I went ahead and created a new survey like you requested and was actually successful in being able to alter its design via the Design Tab (I went back and tried to re-open the Design Tab on all my previous surveys after this and I am still experiencing the same issue). Alternatively, if you could open the developer tools of the browser (F11 in IE, Ctrl-Shift-I in Chrome) and report back what errors are occurring on entering the design tab, that will help diagnose the issue. Below is a screen shot of the error message I am receiving. It seems to be calling to "polyfills.bundle.js:1" in the error. I tried on Chrome, I.E. and Edge, with the same error message. Thanks

James, Thanks for the response. This behavior is happening on both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome (I just double checked again this morning and I am experiencing the same thing). As far as the actual survey goes, my clients are able to continue to fill out and submit the survey with no issue, I am just unable to go back and alter the survey through the Design Tab since it wont load for me. Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!

Is anyone else having an issue opening up the DESIGN tab on the Survey123 Website? I am trying to open up an already published survey in order to update some of the answers to a question. However, when I click on the DESIGN tab, I get those three fluctuating bar graphs. I have already gone through and cleared out my cache so I am not sure what else could be the error. Thanks

James, Thanks for posting this. The MapPhotos tool you created was easy to use and very straight forward. I just have some comments and feedback about this process overall. 1. It would be nice if there was a way to do this on the fly and not have to rely on exporting your photos, taken from the surveys, and downloading them to a File Geodatabase. In my client's particular workflow, they would prefer to not only be able to see the pictures taken from the surveys in real time but also have the ability to see the location where the pictures were taken from as soon as a survey is sent. Right now they have to make due with waiting for us to export and run this process in order to create a layer that will allow them to see where these individual photos were taken from during a survey. 2. Along those same lines, when you do a batch download of these photos, the metadata doesn't indicate which Survey the particular picture was taken from. All you get is a field with Path (where the jpg is located) and the Name (taken from the Survey123) application. It would be great if there was an ability to tie a particular picture with the survey it was taken from. Thanks for all your hard work and for listening to our feedback. Keep up the good work!!!

Hi James, Thanks for replying. I was successfully able to use the Field Enricher in GeoEvent Processor to get the values that I wanted. However, this is a very cumbersome approach to take if you have a Survey that has multiple questions that are either SINGLE CHOICE, MULTIPLE CHOICE, or DROPDOWN. You will end up needing to create multiple Field Encricher Processors just to get the data back into the form you desire. Hopefully you guys at Survey123 will be able to develop a fix for this issue. Thanks
