Hi Aurelija, From the screenshots provided, I can see that you are using Portal. What version of Portal are you using and is your Portal public facing (accessible from the internet)? Also, are you able to share the url to the survey once you share it out publicly? Feel free to send it to me in a private email in GeoNet or in an email to barmstrong @esri.com. Best, Brandon

Hi Bethany, yes this make sense. The issue is related to the same field being used for validation of the repeat_count and relevancy. In your case, this was 'Number_in_Household'. Happy that you have a workaround for the time being! Best, Brandon

Thank you for sharing your from, Bethany. It looks like the behavior is being caused by a relevant statement and repeat count being applied to the same field (in your case, the field is 'Detailed_Assessment_Household'). We are currently investigating this issue, but in the meantime, a workaround would be to either remove the relevant statement or the repeat count from the field. Please let us know if you still have issues after attempting to apply this workaround, and we will update this thread after we are able to identify the cause and apply a fix. Best, Brandon

Hi Aurelija, Does the same behavior happen when you attempt to open the survey in a Google Chrome 'Incoginto window'?

Hi Jevaughn, Do you happen to know what User Type has been assigned to your ArcGIS Online username? For a guide, take a look at the following resource... Understanding User Types: A Survey123 for ArcGIS Guide As you will see, a 'Creator' user type is needed in order to create/publish surveys using the Survey123 Web Designer. Please let me know what you find. Best, Brandon

Hi Travis, Have you considered using a constraint with constraint messages to restrict input to the values you specified? For instance, you can place the following in the Constraint column .>0.5 and .<5 and then also provide a Constraint message that states "Value needs to be between 0.5 and 5" Please refer to the attached XLSForm and linked documentation as an example... Survey123 - Contraints Best, Brandon

Hi Susie, One thing that would be helpful in attempting to diagnose the cause of the issue would be to capture a log (to file) of the behavior at the time of survey submission. The steps in the documentation linked below explain how to do this. If you are able to grab the log, and are also able to upload it to this thread, we would be able to investigate the cause a bit further. Survey123 Field App - Capture Error Log In them meantime, it looks like you found a method to workaround the issue. Best, Brandon

Amanda Huber That is what is causing the issue. A note type question with multiline appearance is the same as a read-only text question with multiline appearance. While not the exact same behavior as the one mentioned in the BUG above, we do have this recorded as an issue in our backlog (as encountered here https://community.esri.com/message/843751) I will add your encounter to the issue and update this thread when we have results from the investigation. Best, Brandon

Hi Amanda, If you do not have any 'read only' questions in your survey then the cause is likely different than the one mentioned in the referenced Technical Support BUG. Can you please provide us with your XLSForm so that we can take a look? Thanks, Brandon

Hi Eric, Which items do you see available in the survey folder in 'My Content'? Has anything been moved outside of the folder? You should see a feature layer, form item, and depending on whether the survey has been shared or not, a fieldworker view and/or a stakeholder view.

Hi Jacob, Currently, the ability to add text to an image is possible, using the 'annotate' appearance with an image question. Please take a look at help documentation and Blog linked below... Appearance—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Smart Sketching in Survey123:Stroke by stroke We are currently also working on the ability to print the EXIF metatada on to an image. So, for instance, place the GPS coordinates on top of the image when the picture is being taken. This capability will be a available in a future release. Best, Brandon
