Hi Ian, Please refer to the "Log errors to a console" section in the linked documentation. You will want to follow the steps that describe how to save the log to a file and then you can upload it here. Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Also, please include the external CSV that you are referencing for your Pulldata calculations. Upon first look, it seems that you could benefit from utilizing 'external selects', considering that it appears you are using cascading selects and have over 8,000 choices in the choices sheet. You can reference the documentation here for information related to external choices and how they can lead to enhanced performance Cascading and external selects—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Best, Brandon

Hi Erica, This behavior is related to a bug that prevents surveys from being generated from standalone tables. If you are able, please contact Technical Support and have them create and add the case to the following defect... BUG-000120582: Unable to create a Survey123 for ArcGIS form from an.. I will add your experience to our internal repository. In the meantime, one option might be to manually recreate the schema of the standalone table in Excel, then point the submission_URL to this layer in the Settings sheet. Best, Brandon

Hi Mayur, I am unable to reproduce this when using a survey with property('username') in the calculation column. Having said that, I was testing in ArcGIS Online. It looks like you are in an Enterprise environment? Can you please provide more information related to the version and any other details related to your environment? Also, if possible, please provide your XLSForm by uploading to this thread or sending it to me at barmstrong@esri.com Thanks, Brandon

Thank you for uploading those files. After replacing single quotes with double quotes, in the feature report syntax for select one questions, you should be able to proceed without error. For instance, ${OldLightType|selected:'1'} should be ${OldLightType|selected:”1”} Please try this out and let me know our results. Feature report templates—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Best, Brandon

Hi Vaibhav, Can you please answer the following questions? 1. What version of ArcGIS Enterprise are you using? 2. What type of identity store is the portal setup with? (i.e. Built-in or Enterprise) 3. If Enterprise, is it using IWA or PKI? Please give as many details as you can about your environment and confirm that this was working successfully prior to the latest release. Thanks, Brandon

Hi Joe, You can find the Service URL for each of the individual layers in your Feature Layer by clicking on the Feature Layer item from your ArcGIS Online Content. Here, you will see all the layers listed (refer to screenshot below) In terms of the Submission URL for creation of a survey, if you are creating from an existing feature service, you would select the options from Survey123 Connect New Survey > Feature Service. After selecting the feature service from the list of your services available, it would automatically populate the submission URL for the Feature Layer in your XLSForm. You would then need to go in and update the 'form_id' with the name of the layer that the survey will be based on. So, from the screenshot above, for the form_id I could use 'RecreationSitePoint', 'Sedona', or'Trail'. Keep in mind, you will have to manually update the schema to match the fields that are present in that layer. Best, Brandon

Hi Jeff, As mentioned, if a 'custom role' has been assigned to you within your ArcGIS Online Organization it will be necessary for your ArcGIS Online Organization Administrator to enable the ability to generate reports through the 'Premium Content Privileges' for the custom role. If any of the default roles were assigned to you, they would include this privilege (Viewer, Data Editor, User, Publisher, Administrator). You or your Administrator may find this documentation handy...User types, roles, and privileges—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS

Hi Tom, If you have changed an existing field type which caused republishing, you will not be able to send the existing surveys in the Sent folder to the new survey as the original feature service will have been deleted and a new one created in it's place with the updated schema. In the future, one option would be to export the data to a file geodatabase (prior to overwriting). After exporting, it would be possible to use a field calculation on the dataset to transfer data from one field type to another, and then append that data to the newly created feature service and survey. Have you attempted to submit one record from the Sent box at this point, and if so, what were your results?

Hi Tom, It is not currently possible to manage multiple surveys from the Sent box at once. Can you please provide an example of the workflow that would benefit from this functionality? Usually, when resending survey from the Sent folder, it would be to edit an individual survey and resend. Thanks, Brandon
