Hi Carl, Which web browser are you experiencing this with? Can you please try another browser and see if the behavior persists? Thanks, Brandon

Hi April, Can you please provide your XLSForm so that we can take a look? Also, the version of Survey123 Connect that you used to publish the survey and the method that you are using to submit your surveys (web app/field app). Thanks, Brandon

It is not currently possible to limit/allow a second survey being sent via web app within the settings of Survey123 Connect. Having said that, we do have an existing enhancement in our internal repo, which I will add your comments to. Best, Brandon

Thank you for providing the XLSForm and Print Template, Chris. After testing on my end, I was able submit 9 records to a survey generated with your form, and print all of them at once from the Survey123 website using Internet Explorer 11. Although I did encounter inconsistent results (1 job failed), I did not see the behavior mentioned in your initial description. Having said that, I'm wondering if you would be willing to contact Technical Support so that they can get on a call with you or one of your coworkers to observe the behavior as it occurs? Best, Brandon

Hi Mark, Can you clarify where you are submitting responses? Are you submitting via the Survey123 field app or the web app?

Hi Claire, I have tested accessing your public survey on a iPad Air (A1474), running iOS 10.3.3 and was able to download successfully without being prompted for credentials. Can you please try to download the latest version of Survey123 (3.0.134) and see if the issue persists? Best, Brandon

Hi Chris, I have tested generating batch reports for both 16 and 30 records at a time, using IE 11, and had success (status progressed through entire process and provided result). Can you provide more details related to the surveys that are encountering the issue? Does this behavior happen when only selecting, say 2 records? As IE is specifically mentioned, were you able to test this in another browser and found different results? If possible, please provide us with the XLSForm used to generate the survey and the Print Template that is being used to generate results. Thank you, Brandon

Hi John, Which version of Survey123 have you been testing with? If you have not attempted to do so already, I would recommend accessing our 'Alpha' version of Survey123, available through our Early Adopter Community. This Alpha version supports the ability to utilize external receivers (including the Bad Elf Surveyor) by directly connecting to the receiver and accessing the raw location information (NMEA strings) and associated metadata. Please test this out and let us know your results. Early Adopter community: Welcome to our Feedback Community Brandon

By process of elimination, I deduce that you are then referring to the Survey123 web designer. For this, you can utilize the 'Save As' feature shown in the screenshot captured below. This will create a copy of the existing survey including all questions, which you can then edit as desired.

Hi Patti, It sounds like you are desiring the ability to copy answers contained within repeats from one survey to another? If the survey containing the answers of interest are still within the 'Sent' box of the Survey123 field app, you can click on the survey and select to 'Copy the sent data to a new survey'. This will transfer all answers from the sent survey (including repeats) to a new survey. Let me know if this is what you are after, or please clarify. Best, Brandon

Hi Patti, If you are referring to the design of a survey using Survey123 Connect, you can simply copy and paste questions from one or multiple XLSForms into another. You can access the spreadsheets of your existing surveys by navigating to C:\Users\<username>\ArcGIS\My Survey Designs/<survey name> and then open, copy, paste the desired questions from the existing spreadsheets into a new XLSForm. Hi Susanna, Sounds like interesting behavior. If possible, can you please try to reproduce the issue on any other Android phones/tablets that you have and let us know your results? Also, if possible, it would be helpful to have a copy of the XLSForm that was used to create the survey along with reference to the exact question where the behavior is encountered. I will send you a message in GeoNet so that you can send this over. Thanks, Brandon
