Hi Eric, Which method did you use to get the tile package over to your phone? I would recommend trying the following... Prepare basemaps for offline use—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS "A tile package can be attached directly to a survey, so it is available with your survey immediately. To provide your tile package with your survey, add it to the media folder in your survey's content folder before publishing. Once a survey has been published with an attached tile package, the Survey123 field app will download the .tpk file as part of the survey. The .tpk file is automatically added to the list of basemaps in the map page menu for that survey." Please provide more details if this does not work for you.

Thank you for clarifying, Chris. As it turns out, the selection of records on the parent layer in the Survey123 website does not currently correspond to the the related table storing the attachments. This is why the exported related table contains all attachments within the related table. We do have an open issue for this functionality and we are looking to include it in a future release of the Survey123 website. I have added your comments to the issue and will update you when this changes. Best, Brandon

Hi Mike, Survey123 does not currently support editing of attachments via the Inbox. Having said that, please take a look at the following response on a different GeoNet thread in which Philip Wilson explains how you can add images from the Inbox when the question is contained within a repeat. Best, Brandon

So, when you add the feature class from the exported file geodatabase to ArcMap, records other than those that were selected are present? Which ArcMap script are you referring too? Thanks, Brandon

Hi Bernie, At the moment, only the creation of new surveys (new records) is supported by the url parameter. It is not possible to edit existing records. We do have an open enhancement request for this and I have updated your comments in the issue. Brandon

Hi Bernie, There is not currently a way to disable the 'Collect' option in the Survey123 Field App, however, I have added your request for this enhancement to our internal log. One way to address the issue might be to have a select_one question as your first question, asking "Are you sure that you would like to create a new record?" All other questions could be within a Group that has a relevant applied at the group level. If the answer is yes, the questions would appear, if the answer is no, you could have a message asking the submitter to exit the survey and direct them to open the Inbox.

Hi Jeff, There are a few options that are available for moving the location of your existing data. One thing to remember, is that the survey data resides in a hosted Feature Service, and therefore can be interacted with in the same manner that any other Feature Service can. This means that you can add the Feature Service to a web map in ArcGIS Online or Portal, and manually move the location of the data as desired. For information regarding where to find the hosted Feature Service, look at the 'Where are my surveys stored' section in the following Help doc...http://survey123.arcgis.com/help/faq For editing in AGOL, check here... Edit features—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Another option is to use the Inbox functionality with Survey123. This would allow you or others to move the existing location of records within the Survey123 field app. More on this here... As an update, after speaking with Amy over the phone, the issue was indeed related to the fact the the Toolbar Text Color was set to black at time of publishing the survey from Survey123 Connect. After changing the color back to default, or any other color and republishing, the issue was resolved when redownloading the survey and taking a picture within Survey123,
