I have created an addin with a toolbar that contains two comboboxes. Does anyone know how to reset the combobox when a selection is made from the other one. For instance, i select an item in combobox1. The selected item is now showing in combobox1. I now select an item in combobox2. The selected item in combobox2 is now showing, but combobox1 also still shows its previous selected item. I would like combobox1 to reset to the initial state when i select an item from combobox2. Initial Toolbar State: After Landscape has been selected: After Portrait has been selected, i want the landscape11x17 to go back to the initial state: As you can see it is not.

Thank you for the reply...this did work but we discovered that it rendered the search widget useless. We will have to dig a little deeper to find out why the seach stop working after adding your code above.

I am not explicitly applying a selection through the code. I am using the sample from Editor Widget with Simple Toolbar. The selection is occurring on the widget toolbar's selection tool. If you run the sample on ESRI Javascript API, you will see that theirs is not working also. So if you use the select tool from the editor widget toolbar to select multple features and the click the attribute tool, you only get the first selected feature.

Using the selection tool on the toolbar of the editor widget to select multiple points. When I click the attribute tool on the toolbar, I only get one feature in the AttributeInspector infowindow. I do not get the navigation buttons on the AttributeInspector. mapMain.on("layers-add-result", initEditing); function initEditing (evt) { layers = arrayUtils.map(evt.layers, function(result) { return {featureLayer: result.layer}; }); createEditor(); } function createEditor() { if (myEditor) { return; } var settings = { map: mapMain, enableUndoRedo: true, geometryService: new GeometryService("https://ags2.scgov.net/arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/Geometry/GeometryServer"), layerInfos: layers, toolbarVisible: true, toolbarOptions: { reshapeVisible: false } }; var params = {settings: settings}; myEditor = new esri.dijit.editing.Editor(params,domConstruct.create("div")); domConstruct.place(myEditor.domNode, "editorDiv"); myEditor.startup(); }

Hi Robert, Thanks for the help. I am actually using popuptemplate with mediainfos property and not infotemplate. If I were to switch to info template would I need to use an inner html image tag to get the photos to appear in the popup? Michael Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device

I have another thought on the same subject. Within the popuptemplate contructor i know that you can access fields in a related table using the relationship property. Since attachments are essentially a related table can you access the fileds in a similar fashion. Iknow it will not be the same because when you look at a featurelayer in the rest that has a related table, there is a relationship property. When you look at a featurelayer that has attachments in the rest, there is not a relationship property. Does anyone have any thoughts?

I have tried that without success. var getId = function (e){ lyrRequest.queryAttachmentInfos(e, function(response){ return response[0].id; }); }; var plyRequests = new PopupTemplate({ title: "Citizen Request", description: "<b>Issue Type:</b> {IssueType}" + "<br><b>Reported Date:</b> {ReportedDate}" + "<br><b>Status:</b> {Status}" + "<br><b>Status Date:</b> {StatusDate}" + "<br><b>Attachment ID:</b> {OBJECTID:getId}" }); The "return" is undefined outside of the function(response) but does have a value in the function. I cannot figure out how to assign the getID variable the value of response[0].id

For instance, i have a published service that includes a featurelayer with attachments. I would like to show the attachment id in the description of the popup. See below: var plyRequests = new PopupTemplate({ title: "Citizen Request", description: "<b>Issue Type:</b> {IssueType}" + "<br><b>Reported Date:</b> {ReportedDate}" + "<br><b>Status:</b> {Status}" + "<br><b>Status Date:</b> {StatusDate}" + "<br><b>Attachment ID:</b> {?}" }); How can I grab the AttachmentID from the related attachment table?

Hi Kelly, In Maeerten code, suppose the rivers where the editable layer and waterbodies where not. How would you prevent the infowindow for waterbodies to appear and allow the attribute inspector for rivers to appear when you want to add a river on top of a waterbody?

I have a simple editing application that uses two feature layers, one set as a feature service, on top of a basemap. When I click on the map to add a new point to the feature service, the popup displays the attributes for the other feature layer that is under it. I would like to be able to turn off the popup for that layer while the editor widget tools are selected.

Were you able to resolve this? We are experiencing a similar situation. We were running a Geoprocessing Service on a ArcGIS 9.3.1 server. Once we upgraded to ArcGIS 10 with SQL Server 2008, we experienced a significant slowness in the response.
