From the documentation under the section titled Split Policies. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/geodatabases/overview/an-overview-of-attribute-domains.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_6EF6CA9470C0429CBDA052ADCB631485 Default value—The attributes of the two resulting features take on the default value for the attribute of the given feature class or subtype. So if you view the Field designer by right-clicking on the layer in the Contents pane > Design > Fields, you can see the domain that is set for a particular field. You can also specify a "Default" (domain) value. Here is the relevant documentation on domains and their default values: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/geodatabases/overview/create-modify-and-delete-domains.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_1C05C1BCA30F4B2EA05A83E105FDDD6D

Hi Lara, If you are using the Split tool from the Modify Features pane, it should respect the split policy that is defined on the source geodatabase: Split a feature—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop If you want to find out what the split policy is, please first refer to the documentation "Introduction to attribute domains" that Dan linked to above, but you can check it by right-clicking on the layer in the Contents pane > Design > Domains. The Split Policy will be listed here. Currently, it sounds like your data could be set "Default", but perhaps you want to set it to "Duplicate". Thank you, Scott

Just a suggestion: Add > Browse Living Atlas > search for World Countries and add it to the map. Filter the layer with the following expression: COUNTRY is not Togo Set the symbology on the layer to the desired color and be sure remove the outline color(no color).

Hi All, In Esri Technical Support we have logged the following defect report on the issue: [BUG-000121779 Insert Image button does not work in the "About" or "Splash" widget of a Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS app on certain touchscreen systems.] The issue seems to be isolated to certain touchscreen devices like the Microsoft Surface or the Sony Vaio Flipbook. The workaround we have listed (thanks to Kate above) is as follows: While hovering over the button, hold down the left mouse button and swipe left to right or from corner to corner and release. Esri will review this bug to determine further action to address this issue. If you experience this issue, please reach out to Esri Technical Support so we can add your case to the defect and also so you can track it: Esri Support Contact Support Thank you, Scott

Here's another group policy setting that could definitely be related, as I've seen it cause issues in the past: Following Windows 10 upgrade, mapped drives disconnect briefly (this is the best article I could find on it)

Hi Paul, I can think of two ways: 1) set a Map reference scale, but uncheck "Scale symbols when a reference scale is set" in the Layer Properties for the layers that you don't want to use the reference scale (mentioned here: Map reference scales—Properties of maps | ArcGIS Desktop ). 2) Instead of using a reference scale on the map, convert your labels to annotations - https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/mapping/text/converting-labels-to-annotation.htm. Take note from the help: "When you convert labels to annotation, the annotation reference scale for the new feature class is taken from the map reference scale if set. If the map reference scale is not set, the annotation reference scale for the new feature class is taken from the current map scale" -Scott

Hi Rob, I'm sorry for the delay - I think it would be best if you can submit a case with Esri Technical Support - Esri Support Contact Support . They would probably like copy of the layer file to test with. I'm not aware of a way to recover affected projects. -Scott

Hello all, Esri Technical Support has logged the following defect report on this behavior, which was reported to us in ArcGIS Pro 2.2.3: [BUG-000118060 The Features To JSON tool does not respect the outputToWGS84 parameter.] Our developers are reviewing this bug to determine further action to address this issue. If you are seeing this issue, please contact Esri Technical Support for tracking the issue - Esri Support Contact Support Based on your feedback, it still seems to be occurring at 2.3. The workaround would be to run the Project tool on the input features to project them to WGS 1984 before running the Features To JSON tool. Thank you, Scott

It looks like there's a bug with Chrome. This thread discusses it a bit: Help adding item (excel) to ArcGIS online Esri Support has logged a bug report on this behavior in Chrome: [BUG-000120154 When using stored passwords in the latest update of Chrome (72.0.3626.109), the 'Add Item' dialog in ArcGIS Online fails.] However, based on what Russell says in the other thread, we need to wait for Chrome to fix the bug on their end.
