When doing our valve inspections, the crew is having to manually enter the valve ID from our existing valve into the inspection. We are collecting a new point for every inspection using the collect here function, so it's geographically in the same location. RIght now, when we use our own composite geocoder in AGOL or the web appbuilder, we are limited to 5 returned results. The iOS apps work fine, as they return all possible results. Without having to use web appbuilder for developers, I'd like to be able to either change the number of returned results to a different default, or just return all possible results. ... View more

Currently, you can only swtich the default geocoder universally, in the organizational menu. We would like the abiltiy to switch the default and save it to individual maps. Most of our maps are for internal use, so we use a customized geocoder. So, for most of our maps, we wouldn't need the ESRI default geocoder at all. However, we are starting to create some public maps, that cannot use our customized geocoder. The problem is, in the mobile applications, you cannot switch the default geocoder. In our public maps, it defaults to the customized geocoder that they are not able to use (it returns no results due to our firewall). We would like the ability to set the default for those public maps to the ESRI geocoder and not have the customized geocoders even show up. ... View more

Is anyone having trouble with popups disappearing? Every now and then, we are having issues with the popups turning off. I know that if I remove the service and add it again, I have to create popups again. However, this is just sort of sporadically happening. It's kind of a pain, because we have lots of popups and our field guys get pretty frustrated when it's not working right. ... View more

Is it possible to set a filter to show outages that have yet to be completed by date? We will have a start date/time and an end date/time. I would like to hide the outages that have expired. I was thinking about creating a new yes/no field that I can filter that way, but I'd like to avoid having a user to have to go back and enter that in. I'd like to just hide the results after the completion date automatically. Can this be done? Thanks! ... View more
