I second what Scott said here. If your underlying ISS is not configured to receive http traffic (as in, no port 80 open) and you fore ArcGIS Server to communicate over the WA over http only, you will be unable to access ArcGIS Server over the WA. That being said, I would strongly urge you to configure this using https and not http.

This is possible through ArcGIS Insights, and you actually have to upload these JDBC files to arcGIS Server to make those connections: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/insights/latest/administer/vendor-files.htm However, I am not positive that those are exposed for use outside of ArcGIS Insights.

Hello there, Thank you for posting! I had a couple of clarifying questions: How are you extracting the rows that you want? Could you confirm if you are using ArcGIS Pro for this workflow, or is this entirely within ArcGIS Online? Where is the data originating? A ShapeFile .zip, or a Geodatabase upload? Has this method worked on different datasets with a similar process? Where was this data created originally? How was this data uploaded to ArcGIS Online? Does the dialogue give you the ability to manually match the fields? Looking forward to assisting you!

Is there a tilecache datastore already configured with ArcGIS Server? Also can you ping the IIS splashscreen or ipconfig into machine 2 where you are attempting to install the DS from the server machine?

Hello Jamal, I would strongly encourage you to use the DNS / machine name to configure the WA, not the IP.

@JamalNUMAN When installing the web Adaptor, make sure that you choose the 443 binding, this is the https port. In my experince, this is easy to miss especially if you let the Web Adaptor installer handle installation of IIS. My advice to you is to: Uninstall the current Web Adaptor, Go to IIS, create the 443 binding on your default site with the appropriate certificate (optional, but recommended) Re run the the Web Adaptor installer ensuring to select the https (443) option This should make it available to be hit over https.
