Hi Priya - In the currently available beta you can take preplanned map areas offline. This is the workflow where the map author creates the areas to go offline using ArcGIS Online (or ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7 or later) and that area is downloaded through the app. A later beta will include the ability to define an area to take offline directly in the app (the workflow used in Collector on Android today). Please provide feedback and questions for the beta in the Early Adopter Communityinstead of in this forum (which is for the released app). Thanks!

Hi Jack -- Collector shows maps created by you or shared with a group of which you are a member. Sharing a map with the entire organization won't show it in Collector. Hi Priya - I assume you are using Android? In that case, to see labels in Collector, you would need to use the beta version. While we don't know of any issues collecting data for future use, using a beta in a production environment is not supported or recommended. To see labels in Collector on Android in a released version will be possible once the current beta releases, which is expected by the end of this year. To join the beta, please join our Collector Early Adopter community so you’ll have the latest information on what you can test as well as provide feedback. Hi Antonio - Today there is no explicit signature support, but it is something we are investigating. What you can do today is to use another app to create an image that is the signature, and you can attach that to the feature as you would any picture.

Hi Dave -- Are you using the beta available for Android? It doesn't (yet) support recording the GPS metadata. This will be coming in a later beta, and will be in place before the release. In the future, please post your feedback and issues in our Collector Early Adoptercommunity forum. That way the right people on the team, as well as other users of the beta app, can see and respond to it. Thanks!

Hi Julie McLaughlin‌ - You'll need to have the privilege to create content and publish hosted feature layers. These are included with the user types of Creator and GIS Professional by default. Are you using ArcGIS Online, or ArcGIS Enterprise, and do you know what your privileges are? If not, you'll want to work with the administrator of your organization.

Do you have a map and services you can share with the user Collector4ArcGIS? The easiest way to share it is to create a group, share the map and services to it, and invite Collector4ArcGIS user to the group.

Hi Naomi - Collector on Windows will be updated with the changes that are coming to the other platforms with the Aurora release. It is on our development roadmap for 2019, but I don't have an estimated release date. You can join our Collector Early Adopter community and participate now in the beta for Android, as well as Windows when available.
