I'm sorry to hear that you are having a problem. After pressing the Run button on the Suitability pane, please have a look at the properties of the Suitability map. Does the source point to your project's gdb? and also please tell me what version you are using 2.7 or 2.7.1 or ?

If your cell size is too large some features won't get rasterized and if it is too small your output raster will be too large and it might slow down processing. You should decide what cell size is acceptable for the phenomena that you are modeling.

Please zoom in on a small area around an area where you are showing the selected contours and display the raster you are contouring. And/or, can you share the raster or if small enough you could zip it and email it to me (slynch@esri.com) and a screenshot of the parameters you are using.

Did you use TopoToRaster to convert the contours to a raster? What version of the software are you using? Is TopoToRaster throwing an error, what is the error? Are they 5ft off vertically or horizontally?
