I'm sorry for the late reply. We have identified that turning AutoCalc off does not always stop calculations. It'll be fixed in a release after ArcGIS Pro 2.8 Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Regards -Steve

Before you closed the Suitability model and ArcGIS Pro project, did turning off Auto Calculate work correctly? When you re-opened the Suitability model: - Auto Calculate is turned on, this is by design - if you turn it off and change a transformation parameter, the Suitability map does not update, correct? - how many criteria rasters do you have? - what is the average size (number of columns/rows) of the criteria rasters? - are your data local or on a shared drive? Please paste the name you were using for the Output Raster Dataset that produced the initial error. Remember to click inside the control to get the full path and name and replace personal info with x's. This'll help us build better error messages.

That error suggests "The workspace likely does not exist. Confirm that the workspace exists and has been specified correctly. Also confirm that the workspace can be accessed through other means" Create a folder using Windows Explorer, say c:\temp and then specify your output raster to be file based, say c:\temp\mytif.tif This'll test that the tool is working as designed.

The initial Suitability map and transformations are saved as .afr's (Function rasters). This is done for performance. When you hit Run or check "Save transformed dataset when model is run" the rasters are saved to disk, this could take some time depending on the size if the rasters.
