I would like to renew this discussion to see the changes in 100.6 and 10.7.1 or 10.8 The updated line is Take a layer offline—ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET | ArcGIS for Developers  My understanding is that you have 2 options: 1) Take offline a map - you need to write a small program in Runtime that does this and create a MMPK we can sync back. 2) Take a layer offline - this layer MUST be hosted (we would like our data to stay in the database). Hi You need to open ArcGIS Administrator, when you are on the root of the tree on the left panel you hit the Advanced button. In the Advanced Configuration panel you have a Manage portal Connection button. As far as I know all the information from that tool is just changing values in the registry. ArcMap and pro are different products but when you buy ArcMap you get pro license free. The pro license is different from ArcMap and the default type is to get it from ArcGIS on-line (but you can change it to the same license type as ArcMap). Even if ArcMap and pro have floating license it is still a different license. Pro uses Python 3. As far as I know this is not recommended format, The best is tiff with JPEG compression (but it depend on the number of bends and pixel depth). I think you should put this in the Image form... Have fun ... View more

Hi The values are from the horizontal line that is zero. +90 is basically unlimited (looking up to the sky) and -90 is looking directly down. What do you mean when you say "within a range between 0 and 180"? ... View more
