Hi Dan Moore The data is archived. I did not factor in Collector App upgrades as to when issue appeared. We see the issue on both iOS and Android. Our use case is not the same as the bug listed. The sync still works, though see the above errors. The DBMS table (slightly misleading as actually an entry in the GDB_Items table) is missing the Ags_FS_* entry iOS shows one less sync count each sync ... Android stays the same sync count. We have a mixture of editable and read only layers in the map. We changed the database connection account to one with write access. I don't know how much write access the DBA has given the account. It must be able to write to the GDB_Items SDE table as Ags_Fs_* now shows up there. Query and Sync are enabled on the read only feature service Our problem appears to be the lack of permissions of the read only account. Hope that helps, if not, ask away

Hi All This appears to have crept in after upgrading to 10.5.1. There were no issues in 10.4 / 10.3 SEVERE Feb 26, 2018, 5:30:54 PM Failed to export data changes message for replica with Guid: {02E681DC-E626-40A1-B3BD-785D54F99AAE}. Replica: GISREADER.Ags_Fs_1519364132170. System/SyncTools.GPServer SEVERE Feb 26, 2018, 5:30:54 PM Data Export for Replica with GlobalId: 02E681DC-E626-40A1-B3BD-785D54F99AAE failed. DBMS table not found. Replica: GISREADER.Ags_Fs_1519364132170. System/SyncTools.GPServer We have some view only layers in our offline maps. We have used a read only account to connect to the database when publishing the service. Now at 10.5.1 when we sync, the above error occurs. The replica appears when viewed via the rest end point, though no table owner is listed. The replica is missing from the GDB_Items SDE table The data still syncs. If we change the database account to one with write permissions, everything works as expected.

We just solved a very similar issue. Our error on SQL Server was SEVERE Feb 27, 2018, 1:00:34 PM Failed to export data changes message for replica with Guid: {69E61096-45DA-40FD-9F60-716D28CF2D0D}. Replica: GISREADER.Ags_Fs_1519696722087. System/SyncTools.GPServer SEVERE Feb 27, 2018, 1:00:33 PM Data Export for Replica with GlobalId: 69E61096-45DA-40FD-9F60-716D28CF2D0D failed. DBMS table not found. Replica: GISREADER.Ags_Fs_1519696722087. System/SyncTools.GPServer Our issue was that our services used in the offline app where connecting to the database as GISREADER. GISREADER is a read only account. We changed the service to connect with an account with write permission and after making a new replica all was good. PS even with the above errors the newly created features still synced PPS replicas created with GISREADER still synced when the database connection was changed, though a bunch of "Error: The item was not found" were logged. PPPS Ags_FS_* gets written to one of the SDE tables ... maybe RAFT_EDIT does not have permissions to that. Hope this helps

Hi James Thank you for taking the time to research. I am also confused as we have a rule in our load balancer that uses this user agent setting ... and it is now broken. I saw it on an iPhone for 2.4. It was not on Android at 2.4. The other mobile apps provide some variation of their name in the user agent field. Can you please force the user agent to Survey123 (or the like) anyways. Thanks

Hmmm ... very broad question. There can be so many variables. I would start with Googling <mywebserver> performance monitoring. Good luck

You could (technically) serve basemaps anonymously and all other services via IWA. I just re-read the thread. May be best to focus on the initial slow JS load time. Later, faster loads, will be due to caching. Authentication is set at the Portal / Server setup.

Each base map tile requires authentication. Can have lots of tiles We have set up an anonymous web adapter to access base maps. Token authentication MAY help and haven't checked.

Hi All To be upfront may not be 100% related to 17.0.4 and here are my brief observations (aka no exhaustive testing) ... Prior to 17.0.4 we would have sign ins as: Android; <username>@<DOMAIN> case sensitive iOS; <username> lowercase With 17.0.4 the above sign ins still work connecting to ArcServer 10.3.1 With 17.0.4 and ArcServer 10.5.1 we are now seeing: - Android; no change - iOS - iPAD; <username> lower case; all good - iOS - iPhone; <username> lower case; basemaps load, though no add data symbol and routing fails - iOS - iPhone; <username>@<domain> lower case; all good - iOS - iPhone; <username> case sensitive; all good - iOS - iPhone; <username>@<DOMAIN> case sensitive; all good To add some confusion, some users can still login fine all lowercase on iOS - iPhone (and their AD account has capitals) May help or hinder you 😕 Regards
