I believe you may be running into a noted limitation with this first release of Attribute Rules. ArcGIS Pro has had Settings for saving edits—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop for a while.  You can choose to use it or not, and control the frequency of saves based on either time or number of operations. Kevin, Given your description, it seems like if somebody comes in and says they need an 11X17 printout, couldn't you just go to your 11X17 layout, Activate the map frame and do all of your panning, zooming, basically do all the work in the map that you need.  Then export/print the layout.   +mliebert‌ and raps‌ Please chime in here as well after reading about Activated Map Frame Mode. Work with a map on a layout—Layouts | ArcGIS Desktop  Activated Map Frame Mode In this mode, you may now work with the map within the context of the page. Once you are in activated map frame mode, you will have two sets of navigation tools available... Brian Bulla‌ Please see Configure pop-ups—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop This is the Hyperlinks section of the Pro help.  Hyperlinks are handled through the popup's text element.  So if you still want to show other fields, instead of setting up the text element with the hyperlink AND maintaining the field element, use JUST the text element and set up how you want the popup to look there. Something you could try would be to just calculate the field after you've done your overlay to remove duplicates. Screenshots, John?   It looks like I can create a buffer right along the "edge" of the coordinate system: Are you buffering points, lines, polygons?   Can you send data (or even just a single feature that will reproduce the crash)?
