Paul, sorry. You're correct. I've edited the response. Ultimately it is the goal to be able to accomplish what you state here; i.e. set up attribute rules in Pro and have them work across the platform. We'll continue to see enhancements with coming releases.

I agree with Thomas Colson on this list - there are a number of these that we'll actually see in Pro 2.2 and actually a couple that are already in Pro 2.1. As pointed out to Dan above, the right-click summary statistics is in 2.1 and IMHO way cooler in Pro than ArcMap. Copy Coordinates is in Pro 2.1 - not exactly like the Identify experience in ArcMap - that workflow continues to be improved by the development team. Most other things on your list are on our list, so that is good. If you want to have any of these things be actionable/trackable, rather than just a list of things in a thread on GeoNet, it would be good to get linked up to existing ideas on https://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas?sr=search&searchId=647ba36c-545b-4f08-8ea8-357dcb372167&searchIndex=0 or specifically log issues with technical support so that you are attached to them for updates. Cheers

Dan, I'll do my best to provide some updates here: Copy Parallel: Copy Parallel tool in PRO should be in 2.2 this summer. - You can no longer perform statistics on-the-fly for a field in a table. Yes you can. What's new in ArcGIS Pro 2.1—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop - Viewing and using Tables is a royal pain in ArcGIS Pro. You can make a field wider in order to view lengthy text, but it will go right back to the default width if you scroll around in the table at all. Whenever you change the width of a field, the table will automatically scroll back to the top. There are also times when I have added data to a field, clicked the save button, and then the next time I view the table, that data I just entered is gone. When you encounter issues like this, they should be reported to technical support so that an issue can be entered with the development team. This is likely related to Stop the ArcGIS Pro table view jumping around when I calculate attributes and that dev team has an issue entered that they're working on to get this fixed. - I like to customize the Editor Tools Gallery by dragging other tools onto it from the Modify Features list, but the next time I open the Project, the tools I added are gone, and I have to drag them all over again. Pro 2.2 this summer will have a customizable Edit tools gallery like we currently have for analysis tools: - In ArcMap I can easily customize a Legend that I have added to a map, but in ArcGIS Pro it is an absolute nightmare to try to customize a Legend. It takes way too many steps and is in no way an easy process. Any specifics on this one? The layout team is looking at improving the legend creation/modification experience, so if there are specific details about things that don't work well for you/are hard to find, etc. that would be good input for that team. - The Attribute Transfer function in ArcMap is NOT available in ArcGIS Pro. This is one of the tools I use the most in ArcMap. I'll check on this internally. In the meantime, I don't see it on the ArcGIS Ideas site so you might submit a new idea noting this as an ArcMap equivalency issue. I also searched and don't see that anything has been logged with technical support. I see that you're asking for it, and below in this thread, Steve Cole is asking for it, so there are bound to be a number of other users who really need this in order to bring their work over into Pro. Getting a better gauge on how many users that is will definitely help prioritize this. - There is no Draw toolbar in ArcGIS Pro. I love the ability in ArcMap to add graphics in either Data View or Map View, but it is lacking in ArcGIS Pro. This? Graphics and free text in ArcGIS-Pro maps! - There is no Fillet Tool in ArcGIS Pro. It's on the list. Mentioned in this thread https://community.esri.com/ideas/14266-add-basic-editing-tools-to-pro-edit-toolbar?commentID=56102#comment-56102 and Where are the fillet, trim, and extend tools in ArcGIS Pro?

Thanks, Jeff. Of course this is open for others to respond with their experiences publishing web tools. Since you're attached to the bug, I'm assuming you have the information that it appears when a basemap is in the map, the publishing succeeds. Are you publishing without a basemap? Anyway, yes, this thread isn't really to troubleshoot... As for the meaning of "In Product Plan", it means that the development team is working on a fix. It looks like they are going to try to get this in for Pro 2.2 with a release date of this summer, but I can't guarantee that - that is the target, things can shift. Anyway, that is what I can provide from my side and I hope that it helps.

It seems like Marco's solution is the most straightforward/easiest. Always go with the easiest solution:) Since a layout is one page, yet you want to create something that is 1 layout but two pages (front and back when printed) the only way that I can think to do that would be to create a 2-page map series, meaning that you'd have to create an index layer, potentially with a dummy index feature for the second page... and then you get the legend on the first page as well... er, see what I mean. Try Marco's suggestion:)

Thanks for referencing that idea on this thread, Tom. I did see that and consider referencing it, but Chad's use case was pretty specific to previewing something in ArcCatalog and then dragging and dropping into Pro. Since we can preview in the Catalog View, I'm sincerely interested in why the workflow would be to have ArcCatalog open to then bring data into Pro. We know there are some equivalency issues that need to be addressed for the Pro Catalog View, but looking forward, when the Catalog View can do what ArcCatalog does, plus more, wouldn't the workflow just be to do the data management in Catalog View and drag/drop into a Pro map? Just fishing for those things that are missing from Pro's Catalog View that aren't already on development's list...

Chad, you specifically mention wanting to preview layers in Pro before adding them to a map. This is already possible in Catalog View. You can then right-click > Add to [an existing Map] / A new map/scene, OR, you can drag and drop the dataset into a map or scene: You can also drag and drop data from the Windows file system into ArcGIS Pro (which obviously is useful for things like shapefiles, images, etc. not necessarily file geodatabase!). So, given the capability listed above, can you specify why you would need to do this from ArcCatalog into Pro? Thanks!

Thanks for submitting this, Karsten. This idea might be similar to Ground Distance Template Cursor. I also wanted to make sure that you're aware of the capability in ArcGIS Pro to Display the interactive selection graphic: and Editing grid: Turn the editing grid on or off—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop You might be able to use this functionality to get what you need:
