Hi Ren, sorry for the lag in response here. Were you able to get a project template created or do you still need help? If you still have questions, technical support is probably a good avenue to take a look at the set up and help determine a good way to set up the template. We still didn't get answers to my questions 2 and 3 above. Knowing some more about those could also help. Cheers

Hi Lou, I'm not sure which version you're referring to - could it have been ArcView? In ArcMap (at least in the 10.x versions) I don't think this has been possible. While we can open multiple tables within the table window, there is only the single table window and I can't tear them apart and move each table independently. But the new framework for ArcGIS Pro does allow this.

Thanks for submitting the idea, Lou. I understand that you're working in ArcMap, but wanted to let you know that this functionality is available in ArcGIS Pro. Because ArcGIS Pro in designed to be context sensitive (meaning that the application understands when I have a certain layer selected and enables tools that will work on that layer...) using the Select All (Select all features in layer) command works as you're requesting.

That's hilarious, Xander Bakker! Here is my hunch - the bug was written to be too specific. This could be the case with any region/language setting other than English. We'll need to investigate.

Hi Xander Bakker. Sure. It would be good to get an example that fails. Interestingly, I just found this bug: [BUG-000117086: Error received when trying symbolize a feature layer using custom symbology through an arcade expression in ArcGIS Pro when the machine region format settings are Swedish(Sweden) .] For those on this thread, are you on Windows 7 or Windows 10? What are the region and language settings? Cheers

Hi Josh, Not sure where you were searching... Yes, there are some current limitations with Attribute Rules, like currently there are only calculation rules and constraint rules. This is explained here Attribute rules—Geodatabases | ArcGIS Desktop That help also explains that There is currently no cross-layer or cursor support for attribute rules. Attribute rules are only supported on the row (feature) being evaluated. Attribute rules are currently only supported on enterprise geodatabase datasets. which is what you're looking for with the intersection type method from Attribute Assistant. In the ArcGIS Pro Roadmap - September 2018 you can see that Attribute Rule enhancements are top of the list with this explanation, Attribute Rule Enhancements – Additional user experience for creating and modifying rules, existing rule validation, and support for querying additional layers as part of calculation or constraint-based rules. As for why Arcade? Using Arcade expressions allow them to be understand (and thus executed) across the platform meaning that instead of having Attribute Assistant methods locked to your desktop, Attribute Rules maintain data integrity and speed up editing no matter where you're working with the data. ArcGIS Arcade | ArcGIS for Developers I hope this is helpful.

Ben, maybe something even easier as we have since further narrowed down the issue here. This appears to be caused by something in the styles from the symbol gallery. When you choose the symbol, my guess is that you're choosing it from here: So, if I choose POI, I get the obnoxious behavior. But if I choose Water, things are good. With that information, are you able to proceed with your work? I hope this is helpful. The development team is aware of this issue and will work to get it addressed. Thanks

Roland, I can confirm that I was able to export a .gif using the following settings. Total of nearly 36,000 frames. I really wanted to post the .gif here but it is a smidge over 1GB. Here is a clip of the clip:

OK, so you said 2.2.1. Here's what I have from 2.2.0 (because that is what I've been working on recently). Let me try on 2.2.1 and check back in a few.
