Is the layer that you wish to extrude in the 2D Layers or 3D Layers group? If 2D, drag it into the 3D group and try extruding.

Hi Jerad, I'm glad that I was able to help. I'd recommend posting your questions to the ArcGIS Pro space as that will open them up to help from the entire GeoNet community. While I love to help when I can, I am one person and we have a very large number of users. Sometimes, I'm just not stretchy enough to help everyone (nor do I have all the answers!) So posting to the ArcGIS Pro space is one option. Another option that it looks like you have is using technical support for help. I hope this helps and I look forward to continuing to interacting on the forums. Cheers, Kory

Do you use the hover tips? (Caveat, I'm on a daily build of 2.3 and haven't compared to current behavior in 2.2). It looks like the field name and value columns can be controlled, perhaps not independently, but I can make one narrower which makes the other one wider and vice versa, obviously limited by the overall width of the Attributes Pane. When the full value is showing, there is no hover tip, because you can see the full data. When part of the value is cut off due to the narrow width of the pane, you get a hover tip:

I was seeing what you're seeing when working with a hosted feature service from ArcGIS Online, setting a definition query in Pro, when the ArcGIS Online organization wasn't using the standardized SQL only security setting. With that setting checked on for the organization, the query works. I logged a bug [BUG-000117318: Querying on a date field of a hosted feature service fails when the ArcGIS Online organization security setting to ‘Allow only standard SQL queries’ is unchecked.] From your results, looks like it isn't specific to ArcGIS Online. Can you enable standardized SQL queries on the server and try in Pro again? If you're able to say, is there a business need for standardized queries to be disabled?

I’m not aware of a specific name for it, but general guidance for documentation is to use “drop-down menu” or “drop-down arrow”. It might state something like, “Click the drop-down arrow to see all views […]”.

Saw that this is still being looked at and wanted to confirm that the functionality is in ArcGIS Pro 2.3 slated for release in early 2019.

To clarify, it's from the map view's drop-down, not within the Catalog Pane:

Todd LaQuay Thank you for pointing this out. I think it is an opportunity for improvement! When you say that letter case didn't matter for results in ArcMap, can you give an example? I tested in ArcMap and here is what I see: When I use lowercase, no attributes are found. When I use all uppercase, which is how the attribute is stored, the expression works. So case does matter in the expression. I'm just wondering how we can compare the two since ArcMap doesn't use intellisense and Pro does. In Pro, it looks like we see the same behavior: Because it's just a SQL expression and case does matter. So if you can point out where in ArcMap letter case doesn't matter, that could be helpful here. But I think it is clear the intellisense in Pro might be improved if it weren't case sensitive.

Kevin MacLeod this would be more appropriate as a question or maybe better a technical support case. Could you please either move this to the ArcGIS Pro space (there are plenty of ArcMap eyes on there) and/or open a case to investigate the issue? Thanks

Jean Bissonnette I'm not sure I understand the use case here. ObjectID and GlobalID are system-generated values and both will be unique to each record in a table. Why do you need to create a coded value domain using these field types?
