Thank you for submitting this idea @MErikReedAugusta We understand that you'd like it to be a generic request for any and all geoprocessing tools, however, as you've touched upon in your post, there is a lot of diversity across the more than 2,000 geoprocessing tools in ArcGIS Pro, and processing will also depend on the complexity and size of data. I tried in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.1 and do not get this behavior. @LindaWilliams1 @wayfaringrob @xz3 it sounds like you are also seeing this behavior, given that you have kudo'd the idea. Or maybe you kudo'd the idea even though you aren't seeing the described behavior? If you find that this is not working, it would be considered a bug and we'll need steps that reproduce the problem submitted to technical support. @DeonzaMohamed Can I ask why you are adding the legend with multiple layers and then unchecking all of them? Are you unchecking all of them, and then checking back on just 1 or 2? If you just want specific map layers as part of the legend when you insert it, you can select only those layers in the Contents pane, and those are all that will be added when you insert the legend: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/layouts/add-a-legend.htm Or, if you still need a way to insert all the layers and turn all of them off at the same time, I'd recommend using the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + click (to turn all layers off) or Alt + click (to keep that one layer visible and turn other layers off.) ... @RTPL_AU @wayfaringrob @LindaWilliams2 I tried this in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.1 using either the shortcut, or the right-click > Group.  Both times I was able to hit F2 without any additional clicks to rename the group. As I'm sure you know, layers and data sources are fundamentally different. Layers store things like symbology, definition queries, selections, filters like time and range, and so on.
