Anyone else having issues getting the left and right municipality attribute rule to intersect the correct municipality? The rule works as expected if I create a centerline directly on the municipal boundary, but when a centerline is created within a couple feet of the boundary, it doesn't seem to honor the offset and just selects the municipality it is currently located in. My initial reaction to this problem was to increase the offset distances and check my variables but that isn't helping me. I must be missing something. The attribute rule is attached along with some screen shots. @ChrisFox

I currently have the Citizen Problem Reporter v1.0 deployed in My Content on my organizations AGOL. I want to upgrade to the Citizen Problem Reporter v2.0 by "Deploying Now" on the ArcGIS Solutions page. So I'm wondering, what is the best practice to do that? Am I going to have any conflicts with my existing layers? Do I need to back up the CitizenProblems feature layer beforehand so I don't lose all our records? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks! @ChrisFox

Just curious, what's the benefit of going back and creating address points for all your pre-existing site addresses?

Any chance you could share the syntax of your build_email function after implementing this?

I have an old esri account with a username that mentions my old company. I would like to move all of that content to a new account. Or at least change the username and email of my original account. Is this possible?

That's a bummer it's not really working out for ya. If you want to make each dashboard individually you could then present them all together by embedding the dashboards into separate Story Map Journal pages.

Yea that's an issue with grouping. It's a pain to maintain, but you can create borders between your elements using rich text elements. That's how I had the housing dashboard set-up.

Yea.. grouping like elements is probably your best bet for now. Hot-linking two elements is a great idea though! I'll vote for it. I would also like to see the ability to use grouped values in a list, not just serial charts and pie charts. https://community.esri.com/ideas/18000

Grouped values allow for a effective way to summarize data without losing the details of your data or having to create a separate feature class to summarize data. Pie charts and serial charts allow for grouped values, which are actionable with other elements. I would like to have that same functionality in the list element.

Looking for this feature as well. Seems like it should have been a default feature from the very beginning... but what do I know.

I have had countless headaches over the past few months trying to clone the default Python environment in ArcGIS Pro. I finally got a new laptop and thought that a fresh install would allow me to clone my default environment without any issues. To my dismay, the environment failed to clone. Come to find out that the default python folder has Read-Only permissions. Once I removed the read-only permission I was finally able to clone my environment and install Spyder (same for my old laptop). I even had ESRI technical support remote into my desktop to solve this issue and that permission was not something they knew to look for. So I just want to bring attention to the fact this is an issue when cloning python environments.
