As of now, the heat map styling is not supported in Operations Dashboard.  I know a lot of customers are interested in this functionality, so we are working to resolve those issues.  Once we have an update in place, it will be posted on the Operations Dashboard blog. -Chris ... View more

There's a bug logged for this: NIM100385: Getting Bing Maps warning/error message, when sharing an Operation View for Everyone in Operations Dashboard 10.2.2. and a workaround: Go inside ArcGIS Online > Edit settings > Map > Bing Maps and check the option "Allow this Bing key to be used in maps shared publicly by organization members", we no longer get the warning message when sharing the Operation View in Operations Dashboard 10.2.2 with "Everyone".
