It doesn't look like it supports it right now; take a look at Add create new feature with fields pre-filled (for example to use with workforce) · Issue #13 · Esri/collector-integrati…

Okay, it looks like the latter option (form). Given that, it sounds like the problem might Survey123 not recognizing the access token after login or the page taking a longer time to complete than expected. I would try against the version 2.0 of Survey123- while we weren't specifically solving this issue, there are a set of general login stability improvements. You can get to it via the http://bit.ly/S123beta .

Hi Andres, I am looking at my surveys published in the same time period as yours- I had thought they were not affected by the ArcGIS Online change, but apparently they were. My apologies, I would swear I reviewed this specifically when we were fixing the issue. As I mentioned, the issue was a change that turned 'off' fields in the collection endpoint. These need to be turned on in order for all the data to be received. Enable anonymous submittal - 03/2017 workaround - YouTube shows how to do this (the layer is the one with '_fieldworker' in it's name). The the data needs to resubmitted.

Hi Andres, When were these surveys created? There was a period of about a week and a half after the update of ArcGIS Online that a change in the default behavior led to the symptoms you described- essentially, the fields (other than the point) were turned 'off' when initially published.

Hi, It looks like something is getting mis-configured during the login process. Which version of Survey123 is being used? Is the Active Directory endpoint providing a Windows Authentication challenge or web form login? We've been working on enhancements to login scenarios like the one you describe above in the 2.0 version of Survey123, available at the Early Adopter Community.

Hi Michael, Thanks for raising this. There's a similar issue with commas in csv files used in pulldata(), I've added this report to that issue.

Hi Nevil, Currently Survey123 doesn't have the ability to have a recording as part of the survey form. I've logged your request to the internal enhancement log. You might want place an idea in ArcGIS Ideas - this will help to know the relative importance of this enhancement.

Hi Andres, can you take a look at the views either in the map viewer or at their REST endpoints? Are the fields with the questions present? If not, you may need to make them visible by updating the definition of these layers - see Manage hosted feature layers—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS for more information

Do you, as the survey author, see the information? It sounds as if something isn't quite right in the sharing process.

Hi Tom To accomplish this, you would use a regular expression to create the match pattern - Relevant expressions—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS . See Regular Expressions - JavaScript | MDN and https://regex101.com . I think for your requirement it would be as simple as regex(${previous_question}, "Direction")

Hi Steven, When a question is 'off', it is considered not relevant to the survey- the value is emptied out as submitting the value could be considered erroneous. Literally, the question should not have been asked, therefore a value should not be submitted. We will have the capability to minimize groups of questions in the display in version 2.0 (currently in open Beta - see Survey123 for ArcGIS v 2.0 (Beta Available) ) if that's what you need for your survey form.
