Hi Maria, Given the issue with the destination database, the error is occurring at a place where you may want to change the code of the script to fit your particular situation.  The Field Map objects provide the script information about which field in the surveyFC corresponds to the field in the destination FC.  Rather than automatically create them, you might want to manually specify them in the code. ...
