Hi Claire, I agree that it sounds quite likely that something is at issue with your Data Store (the database of which is the default 'workspace' for Survey123). Can you try publishing a hosted feature service, say by adding a CSV file or zipped shapefile in My Contents? If it's the Data Store at issue, that should also return an error. Either way, I'd recommend you contact Esri Technical Support to diagnose this issue.

Hi Stuart, Which Desktop product are you using? For editing feature services, I would recommend ArcGIS Pro; ArcMap is much more limited for this task.

Hi Greg, Yes, if there's only one Region & Chapter Notes in a county, this can be done. you would need to have a unique identifier for each county; typically this is done with FIPS codes or something similar. During the XLSform processing, there are some issues when pure number values or used, so I'd recommend making sure that Excel sees the values as strings (you can do this by concatenating a piece of text with the value). See the attached file as an example

Hi Brent, The if statement works in the same manner as in Excel - to create complex statements, they need to be nested. Based on what you're trying to accomplish, this should be the function: if(count-selected(${listA}) = 0, 'None', if(selected(${listA}, 'notlisted'), 'None', ${listA})) count-selected gives us the 'unselected' case (0 choices selected). Note the paranthesis for selected- it's a function and needs to specify it's parameters. This also assumes your question is called listA

Hi Ernest, The easiest way would be to click the 'Open in ArcGIS Map Viewer' button on the Data tab in the Survey123 website. This will open the survey data in a tool with editing control- click on the 'Edit' button to begin editing, then click on the points you want delete- there's a delete button at the bottom of the pop-up that will appear in the map.

Hi Greg, While you can't currently change the amount of zoom that occurs, you could set the map up with a better default zoom level, so that collectors would not need to zoom in as much (or possibly at all): We'll take the request to either increase the zoom amount of make it a setting under consideration.

Hi Alex, Yes, you can hide the questions you don't want by simply removing them from the survey- there's no requirement that the survey of an existing feature service expose all of the questions.

Hi Asma, 1) Can you attempt to log in at https://survey123.arcgis.com (you appear to be logging into http://survey123.arcgis.com ). 2) I see that you have a number of extensions in your browser; we have seen some interference from plugins, like EFF's HTTPS Everywhere, that rewrite URLs automatically. You may want to try disabling any plugin like that.

Hi Carl, Currently, there is not an efficient way to do this. You could make a PDF of the individual view one-by-one. We have heard from many customers the need to produce either summary or individual record reports and are looking at ways this functionality could be implemented for Survey123.

Hi Tony, With regards to BUG-000103217, we haven't isolated the error that is occurring. Are the survey data submitting to hosted feature services? If so, a second possible workaround is to create a Feature Service view that allows for editing only (denying the Query capability) and update the survey's submission_url. This is a process that the surveys created on the web take advantage of and is a planned enhancement for Survey123Connect surveys as well.

Hi Shane, As I mentioned above, what you are seeing is an informational message, no user action to confirm or deny is required. The reason it appears for a short period of time is that the submission fails early in the submission process; if the submission were to continue normally, it would be displayed longer and the text would change to reflect what stage of the submission process is occurring.

Hi Alex, Yes it is. The key consideration is 'where is the data coming from'? You can either pre-fill information into a field using the App URL schema: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/07/30/understanding-survey123s-custom-url-scheme, or have a CSV file accompany the survey with lookup information being retrieved by the pulldata function: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/10/27/the-pulldata-function-access-external-data
