Hi Peter, You are talking about the Survey123 website, correct?  In that case, the data downloads action is taking advantage of specific capabilities exposed by the hosted services capabilities; it may or may not be possible to support that depending on the service's settings (in particular, the Sync capability may give the ability to create at least a file geodatabase download, though not currently).  For the other analysis capabilities, we're in the process of making the Survey123 website analysis tools more robust.   ... Hi Ron I've categorized this as a failure to detect when surveys have been been submitted but the attachments fail to submit in part or entirely.  At this time, we don't have any particular timeline to address it.  A couple of suggestions: - What resolution photos are submitting?  If you are forced to submit in low connectivity areas, the settings should be small or medium to minimize picture size. - Encourage the workflow to delay submitting of data until in a known good location, like the office (or coffee shop) with wifi. ... Yes, that would be a good use of pulldata.  How are you planning to select the proper row in the CSV file?  Normally that requires you to input an ID of some sort, which is why it's a calculation (done after a value is entered) rather than a default (done when a form is loaded). An alternative is to be able to edit existing features in a survey - this would load the values previously stored for updating. ... View more

Hi, No calculations are allowed in the default column (now() and today() being exceptions).  Default values are only applied when the form is loaded.  The pulldata should always be in the calculation column. ... View more

Hi Natalie, This is due to the way the Survey123 site is currently architected- technically everything after http://survey123.arcgis.com is generated from the home url (there are no 'real' links after that) and it appears Word is 'previewing' the URL before opening the browser.  That being said, we are planning for a change in how the specifically the share links work- that may address the issue, and we'll test to see if that's the case. ...
