Hi Alex, If you're getting a message about space at file system level, you should check the amount of free space on the hard disk - most likely there isn't enough room on the drive. Hi Renato, Altering and updating the form manually is possible, but is a fairly advanced workflow. The file that would need to be tweaked is the <survey name>.xml file.  For this particular tweak (altering the text in the node), it should be possible to do this with minimal risk of breaking the form.  After that, you would need to update the survey: 1) Place all survey files into a director named 'esriinfo'.  Zip the esriinfo directory up and make the name of the zip file the same as the survey 2) Update the zip file.  This is best done using a program like Postman, which is designed to help you manually construct requests that otherwise are automated. Hi Renato,  It looks like the form validator is using the / symbol in the concat statement as an escape character- a signal to switch to a special handling based on the next character.  Can you try using // for every / symbol (this will cancel the special handling) and see if it passes validation?  You might then have to do manually tweak a file- but first let's see if that works. ... Hi Alex, Unfortunately, the error you are getting is very generic.  One thing I would check is that the destination disk for the TPK has enough free space to store the TPK.  I might also suggest using the geoprocessing tool rather than the Share As- it might give you a better error message if it can't generate the TPK. ... Hi Samantha, It's a bit hard to diagnose from just the description of the error message.  A couple of things to check: - is the service set up to allow for updating of data in addition to adding data? - is the service set up with the Sync capability? 1) Yes, you've got what i was trying to indicate 2) ArGIS Online stores times in UTC, not the local time zone where data is submitted (this is to prevent problems when data is being submitted from different time zones).  From your description, it sounds like you're probably in the western hemisphere; submitting data late in the day will show as being submitted early in the morning the next day.  See Troubleshoot—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS  for additional explanation. ...
