Hi Wendy, Yes this functionality will apply the scale factor to the typed /entered values in the constraint dialogs such as Direction/Distance. The resulting geometry will be affected by these corrections. -Tim

Jon, thanks for the idea. You may already be aware, but you can do basic addition and subtraction in the length/distance fields. So for example, if the start station of a course is 45+78.00 and the end station is 51+45.00, then in the Distance field you can type 5145-4578, and when you press Enter the distance is calculated and entered for you. If it is a circular arc, then you'd type that into the ArcLength field. This is not the same as what you ask for in this idea, but it does avoid having to pre-calculate the distances beforehand. -Tim

Two cadastral fabric job XML files will be written to the folder: the CFPacketExtract.xml file is an XML file representation of the job parcels when they were extracted from the cadastral fabric, and the CFPacketUpdate.xml file is an XML file representation of the parcels containing the edits and updates applied in the cadastral fabric job. The CFPacketExtract.xml file may help you identify the point that has the problem.

Hi Drew, I've tested your COGO values in ArcMap, and I'm seeing a closure of 2.176 feet - this is the same as the Misclose Distance that the traverse tool in Pro gives: Also, in your above graphic, there are also Residual values that indicate that this misclosure is getting adusted out. For example, the first course in the ArcMap COGO traverse is showing a residual value of 0.556 feet. This is the amount that this particular line was adjusted to account for the Misclosure. I think that what you may be seeing is that the Pro Traverse is not automatically adjusting the geometry because it is outside the test closure tolerance. Mike, the latest available version of the Curves And Lines Add-in for ArcMap is 4.5, updated about 8 months ago. The Simplify By Straight Lines and Circular Arcs will convert densified lines into one or more circular arc segments by fitting circular arcs to the straight-line segment sequences. However, the GP Tool will not split the circular arcs out into separate features. If that is the goal then the Split At Vertices gp tool can be run afterwards. Note also, that the Simplify By Straight Lines And Circular Arcs tool ignores polylines that have parametric geometry segments, IE circular arcs, beziers, elliptical arcs.
