The style class filter is on the ribbon. You can flip between the style classes there. We've been evaluating a number of improvements in this area including showing all items in all classes. While ArcMap used a folder paradigm for style classes - they aren't folders so there's hesitation to continue down that path.

I agree on both counts. The different release schedules have led to us being out of sync (Pro has color schemes Online doesn't have and they've added quite a few since our last sync. As for the color vision search - we have the info and need to incorporate it into our UX (which is what I was attempting to explain at UC).

The control is nested in quite a few places in ArcGIS Pro and for short expressions the compact nature is nice. We understand this is less than ideal for larger expressions. Would the ability to pop out a larger experience similar to the Online editor from the small one solve your concerns?

Feature-linked annotation text only updates if the base feature is updated of the annotation is edited directly. There are two approaches I could see for your case. 1) Update a field used in the expression and the event will fire an the annotation will update. 2) Or use calculate field on the TextString field of the annotation feature class with the label expression as the Arcade expression for the too.

For the numbering of each category, this can be achieved by having the labels for each category in separate label classes and then each label class go into a separate key number group. With respect to the key number symbol, it uses the symbol from the label class. You can convert the labels to annotation and update the symbol afterward though.

There's something here that's forcing the annotation to -1. Generally that occurs when a symbol property can't be expressed as an override. For newly constructed annotation that's rare though. This likely warrants a support call to look at the scenario.

I'd like to know more about this use case if you could elaborate on it. This is not something we've seen requested much. As for the symbol UI - rotation is disabled in this case because the label algorithm controls the rotation, so this case would need to be modeled in placement.
