Hi @RafaeldePedro the easiest way for us to troubleshoot this is to get access to the web map.  Can you invite the "craig_sp" user to the group the map is in so I can try it out to see what the issue is? Hi @DavidRichey can you check if there's a pre-planned Map Area for the Worker web map?  Was one created successfully? Can you also check the permissions on the various layers in the Worker web map?  We've seen issues when the permissions have been set to allow Public Data Collection or when disabling Editor Tracking (Keep track of who edited the data (editor name, date and time)) ... Hi @ShanaLowe2 to clarify you'd like to either Click on an asset and create an assignment that is related to the asset.  Related in terms of the GlobalID of the asset being stored on the assignment?  Or related through a relationship class? Pass some other information from the asset to the assignment. Would this be the same asset information for every assignment?  Or would would different information be passed each time an assignment is created? We have discussed supporting a field mapping from the asset to the assignment to store the GlobalID of the asset on the assignment. The purpose of this field mapping would be to create an url scheme that would allow the asset to queried for and opened when Workforce launches Collector/Field Maps/Survey123.  But, no upcoming plans to support a more exhaustive field mapping. ... We've made some updates in our December release that make this a little easier to accomplish but we have not implemented full support for it.  In December, we expanded the set of fields that can be passed from Workforce to the app being called. In terms of changing our Workforce app integration to open existing features or inspections; this work has been parked for the time being.  We continue to review it each release to see if we can address it but it hasn't been added to a release yet. You can accomplish this by editing the app integration table yourself and creating the url Survey123 requires. Hello @FUngerStrabag  What release of ArcGIS Enterprise are you using? I'm guessing the demo you saw was with ArcGIS Online. ArcGIS Enterprise typically has one to two releases per year, whereas ArcGIS Online typically updates four times a year. You can typically expect to see most ArcGIS Online features within the ArcGIS Enterprise portal in the next few ArcGIS Enterprise releases following an ArcGIS Online update.
