I'd suggest getting all the fields you need added to the feature layer; you can then use those fields to create forms based on either the feature layer or any view you want for it. With respect to why views; take a look at this topic: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/create-hosted-views.htm In particular this paragraph, it explains it better than I can. Hosted feature layer views are ideal for helping you control access to the same hosted feature data; you can allow editing access to only those users who need it. Ok, thanks Matt. It has to be an issue with Workforce and could be because we’re on a different Runtime version. Can you invite the “craig_sp” user to the project as a Worker so we can take a look? We’re working on a new release now for Q2 and just recently moved to a new release of Runtime so we should be able to test this out. ... View more

thanks @Anonymous User If you a preplanned Map Area, you'll need to regenerate it.  If not, you'll need to reload the map in the mobile app so that the ad hoc Map Area on the device is updated. Lemme know if that addresses things. ... View more

@Marokapara some other reasons why this may be disabled: The user does not own the layer and they are not in org_admin role within the organization (you mentioned you own the layer) The layer is an ArcGIS Server feature service The layer is a feature layer view The feature layer has views that lock the schema of the feature layer Feature layer used to build a tile layer item Do any of these apply? ...
