Hi @RafaeldePedro it looks like you have a few extra spaces " " in the url you're using to open Survey123.  I removed them and setup a new url in for the ag1 polygon and saved a copy of the map as Troubleshooting_Phase1_B-Copy. It appears to be working for me; but I don't know what should be passed.  I do see that in the Survey, the Type of form is pre-populated and Habitat description is selected. Craig ... View more

Hi @MattHowe @JoelPerkins - I'm sorry you're running into this issue; we haven't seen this in our internal testing. Are you using Online?  Is there anything you can think of that you're doing right before you see this issue that would help us to reproduce it?  Did you try to undo an edit?  Did you cancel an edit? Is it possible to run with the dev console open, collecting traffic and the next time this happens save that traffic to a HAR file so we can see if it can help us track down the issue?  You'd want to clear the network console after each successful save. Sorry about the link; looks like it was stripped out.  You can find it under the FAQ section https://doc.arcgis.com/en/workforce/faqs/faqs-general.htm The time the portal content will be unavailable to hard to gauge but this isn't a large patch so I wouldn't expect it to on the order of hours. Using Workforce OOTB, it cannot be configured to open or launch a specific survey (or feature).  It is technically possible to do this with Workforce, however, it requires a large amount of configuration outside the web app. The GlobalID of the feature to be opened needs to be stored on the assignment so that it can be passed to Survey123 you would need to add the GlobalID manually; outside Workforce, in order for this to work the alternative is use set the popup title of the asset the feature is created from to be it's GlobalID; Workforce will then store that GlobalID in the Location text field of the assignment and you can pass it to Survey Neither of these are workflows we want to continue to suggest - we're looking at enhancing the Workforce web app to allow the GlobalID of features to be passed to the Assignment, when the Assignment is created in the Dispatcher web app. Supporting that workflow will allow you to use Workforce for inspection related use cases.  I'm hopeful that this is work we can pick up and deliver for the June, 2022 release of Workforce. ... This is an update to the Workforce web app that comes embedded in 10.8.1.
