Bob,    Is there some reason why you are explicitly setting the spatialReference of your graphics layer? Try eliminating that as the maps spatial reference gets set when the first layer is added to it. ... View more

Derek,   The error that you are getting has to do with the file not being there. Flex is 100% case sensitive so could that be your issue in the path to your xml file? ... View more
