Hi Anneka, In 2.8 release, we had changes in the web form to support the background color, toolbar text color and toolbar background color from Survey123 Connect, which are the most obvious ones. Currently, we still still have following styles to support in the web form: input text color, text color (currently with limited support), background image. The current plan is, in 3.1 release, to extend flexibility of styles in the web form to both support all styles from Survey123 Connect as well as setting of these styles from the web designer, this is the consideration for the consistancy across the product. I've added your voice to the development issue. Please let us know if you see other exceptions from the above description or you have any other concern about the feature. Thanks!

Hi Anthony, Thanks for the feedback. With the latest 3.0 hotfix release , you should be able to generate reports on your both template without modification. Please let us know if there's still an issue.

Hi Oscar, Is it possible for you to upload the XLSForm file (.xlsx) and the report template file (.docx) which can reproduce the problem?

Unfortunately, there's no easy approach to clone the entire survey which includes form item (designed survey itself) source feature service contains collected data one or more feature service view report templates (one or more MS word item) If you still cannot reproduce the issue in the above test survey, https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/3cd580ae7a6044eea3ed37d2b8351d15/result/data , I would suggest that you raise an issue to Esri support service, I believe this is what they can help.

Hi Chris, Thanks for the feedback. I've published a test survey with your XLSForm and report template in ArcGIS Online with a fake record, seems to me, the report can be generated successfully. * https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/3cd580ae7a6044eea3ed37d2b8351d15/result/data (use your ArcGIS Online account to sign in) * if it's related to a specific record, can you please submit a fake record which can reproduce the issue by using https://arcg.is/00v0HH ?

Hi Gregg, Actually, the Survey123 website neither converts a docx template to a PDF nor HTML format. What we can generate currently is still a docx output based on the input docx template. See https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2017/07/26/introducing-custom-form-report-templates-in-survey123-for-arcgis for details. However, as John mentioned, we have PDF support enhancement request which is still under investigation.

Hi Amanda, The reason behind the issue is that your survey was published in Survey123 Connect 2.7, which does not support the version locking feature described in https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2018/07/06/bull-release-30 , so that the survey will be upgraded to the latest release each time you open it in the web app, but there's a bug that the server-side upgrading code does not utilize your portal URL. It should have been fixed in the 3.0 hotfix of the website today, would you mind having another try?

Hi Stephanie, Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, it's a bug in the 3.0 release, publishing will fail in the Survey123 website if the survey contains relevant rule and the related field name has been updated in Modify Schema dialog. We have applied a hotfix to the website today, you should be able to publish the survey without modification now.

Hi, There's no special privilege required to list the folders in your account and also currently by design, any stakeholder who can view the survey results is able to use the bulk printing feature. Can you please ensure that you've turned the switch beside the "Save result to your account" on?

Hi Michelle, Thanks for the feedback. Ideally, we should display the value of a date question in a survey as date only format and the value of a datetime question in a survey as date+time format. This is something we can work on in the next 3.1 release.

Hi Nicole, Noticed you mentioned "I was able to create a survey when I was a trial member." , can you please confirm that your trial is still valid or has already ended? In addition, can you please have a try to create a new hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online by following Create from a template or existing feature layer? To see if your account has privileges to do so.

Hi Mac Kester, Unfortunately, I can confirm that, as John mentioned, the editing capability has never been supported in the Data page of the Survey123 website (https://survey123.arcgis.com) yet. However, we have heard feedback from several users which requires to edit the collected data directly in the Survey123 website, I will add your voice to the issue in our backlog. In addition, the most likely UI you mentioned which can edit data is the Data tab in the item details page of the underlying feature service, from there you can edit the collected data through the table UI which is similar to an attribute table. Here is a link to a blog post which demonstrates the "table": The new Data tab: More than just a table (June 2016) , is this what you saw previously?

We have a current known limitation that if you generate the report directly without saving it to your ArcGIS Online account, the max. report file size cannot exceed 10MB, otherwise, you would see the {"message": "Internal server error"} error message. Just turn on the "Save result to your account" option will solve the issue without limitation.

Hi Ian, Did you create the report directly in the Data page of Survey123 website (https://survey123.arcgis.com) or invoke the above URL path from your script/code? "/api/reportMerge/printByWordTemplate/execute" is an old API path which we removed in the 3.0 release, if you would like to invoke the API from code perspective, please refer to the network request in current Data page of the Survey123 website, or contact James Tedrick for more information about the feature report API.
