Hi all, We've made an enhancement in 3.3 release to allow editing the thank you screen content of Survey123 Connect surveys directly in the Design page of Survey123 website, just as you edit it for the surveys published from the website. Please be noticed after editing and publishing the survey on the website, you have to use 3.3 or higher version of the web app to see the result. If your survey is version locked, you either need to turn off the version lock in the Settings page of the website or republish the survey in Survey123 Connect 3.3 or later. If your survey is not version locked (always use the latest web app), you should see the modification of the thank you screen content automatically. The 3.3 release is planned before the Dev Summit, please stay tuned with our release blog and doc to find more details. Thanks again for all your feedback!

Hi Michael, Thanks for the mention. You are correct, the stakeholder view should be updated automatically when the survey owner makes any update to the survey, I believe this is what we are doing as long as the survey owner updates any part of the survey (e.g. append questions and republishing) within Survey123 website. Please let us know if you see any exception of the behavior. Thanks!

Hi Wendy, The fix to this issue will be available in 3.3 release (planned before Dev Summit this year). When exporting from Survey123 website, the filter will be honored for related layer/table too. Thanks again for your feedback.

Hi steven, Thanks for the information which helps our investigation, it's most probably due to the memory issue. Will let you know when it's fixed. By the way, sorry for the confusion in my previous description too, the job ID I meant should be shown as the following screenshot, the one provided is the filename of the report to be generated.

Hi Steven, Thanks for your feedback. The id mentioned by Philip should be the Job ID of the report generation task, seems the one you provided is not a valid Job ID, can you please find it in the recent tasks panel as shown below? If the task hangs "Creating...0%" initially, it probably will end up in ~6 hours with error, you can find the Job ID then. In addition, would you mind sharing some information about your photos? For example, in the report template which contains 60 photos, what is the average file size of each photo (like ~2MB)? Can you estimate how the total file size about all the 60 photos? If the total size could be e.g. hundreds of megabytes, it may lead to an error due to the max. memory size on our server-side machine. Thanks, Zhifang

Hi Mike Bruening, Embedding a Survey123 survey directly in an email has not been tested (probably cannot work), if you are interested or it's important, it would be great if you can raise it in ArcGIS Idea so other users can vote for it too. Thanks, Zhifang

Hi Chris, Thanks for the error message screenshot, although it seems different with mine. After some investigation, we found that the problem may be caused by the start tag of your root repeat: ${Feature_r}. In your template, this tag is located in a table while then end tag of the repeat ${/Feature_r} is out of the same table. Generally, it requires to put the start and end tag of a repeat either inside the same table or outside a table at the same time. After moving the ${Feature_r} out of the table, the template should work fine. Would you mind having a try on the attached updated template?

Hi Ben, Can you please share a screenshot of the error message in the Collaborate page? In the meantime, would you mind checking if there's already an item with "_stakeholder" postfix in your survey folder of the ArcGIS Online account?

Hi Chris Shuck, Thanks for the feedback and the attached files. By publishing a survey using your XLSForm and generating a report using your report template file, I can see the following error "Xml parsing error" in details when trying open the generated report. Can you please confirm if it's the error you've encountered? If not, what version of Microsoft Word do you use? Would you mind attaching a screenshot of the Microsoft Word error with details expanded?
