Hi @Lexicon1950 , Thanks for reaching to us. We had an update of the Survey123 website for back-end architecture change last night (PST). An issue was identified that affects the Survey widget in Experience Builder, including both the builder and apps. We plan to have an update to fix this a few hours later. Thanks, Zhifang

Hi @JennGross , From the information and screenshots you shared above, it seems that the submitted geopoint is actually 0,0 (in Africa) rather than the location you saw on the map before submitting. Would you mind taking a screenshot by using the developer tools in Chrome and help us confirm the issue? Like the image below, please open the Network panel of developer tools before clicking the Submit button. After submitting, Look for the /applyEdits request, find the actual submitted coordinates like pointed by the green arrow Also include the survey version info like the green box Thanks, Zhifang

@MikeOnzay , Using . (period) instead of the question name to reference the image question itself would be a workaround, such as count-selected(.)<4 . Please let us know if your use case needs to reference another question other than the image question itself.

Hi @SaraMiller , I can reproduce the issue by using the XLSForm file and confirm it is the same issue BUG-000138475 mentioned above. We will fix the issue in the next 3.13 release (planned in June). Before the fix, please use either alternate solution instead. Thanks again for your feedback. Regards, Zhifang

Hi @SaraMiller , Upload the .har file to a storge service e.g. OneDrive and share the URL with us or send/attach the XLSForm file can both help us to investigate. It seems that you forgot to attach the XLSForm file in your last reply. If your case is the same as the known bug, either the alternate solution can confirm or fix the issue. I recommend you try with the URL one which is easier to test. If it is the case, the non-note question can be hidden so it will not affect end users. Thanks, Zhifang

Hi @SaraMiller , It turns out there is only one network request info in your attached .har file. To save all requests which helps our investigation, can you please: In Chrome, open the developer tools, switch to the Network panel Refresh the Data page On any request in the Network panel, right click, “Save all as HAR with content". Please see the attached image. In addition, Can you please check if your survey is similar to the case "first question in the survey is a note question AND followed by a group or repeat AND all questions in the group or repeat"? This is a known bug, it can also be confirmed by trying the workaround mentioned in the bug description. Can you please confirm the issue only occurs since the last week but never happens before? We had a small update to the Survey123 website yesterday but there is no update in the last week. Thanks, Zhifang

Hi @RenéGonzalez , If the survey is published from Survey123 Connect, you can use a note question named generated_note_form_submit_text in the XLSForm file to change the submit button in the web app, please see the details in this help topic. Note: this starts to work in 3.11 version, if your survey is older than it you need to republish the survey by using a new version of Survey123 Connect (>=3.11). @YasserMroue , If your survey is published from the web designer, please check if the submit button text is deleted accidentally or set a wrong color in the Appearance->Theme section. If the survey is published from Survey123 Connect, please refer to the note above and check if it is overwritten in the XLSForm file. Thanks, Zhifang

Hi @mfreeman , "Those changes can be seen in the published form that is accessible on mobile." You mean "on web" or "on mobile browser", right? For the inconsistent content between the Design page and the web app, it is a little strange. Would you mind sharing a test account that can access the Design page of the survey? (You can sent me a direct message) Or can you please raise a ticket to Esri Support Service for further investigation? Thanks, Zhifang

Hi @mfreeman , From the screenshots, I assume that all edits your colleague made is on the Survey123 website without using Survey123 Connect. (Please let me know if this is not the case) It is possible that you see different content/questions between the web app and the web designer, this could happen when after publishing the survey, you do additional edits to the survey in the web designer but only save it without publishing. For example, you first publish a survey with only one text question, then in the web designer, added two number questions and saved, but without publishing. At this time, you should see a red dot on the Publish button of the web designer like shown in the attached image. Can you please confirm if it is your case? Otherwise, would you mind sharing some detailed steps that can reproduce the issue? In addition, there may be different approaches that can help you on collaboration: If you want to share a survey design with someone, share the survey results with him via Collaborate->Share results. Then the person can sign in the Survey123 website and look for the survey via "Surveys I can view result for" tab in the My surveys page, then save the survey as a new one. This saves you from creating a copy and then change ownership in ArcGIS Online. If you want someone to collaborate with you on the design of the same survey in the web designer, you can share the survey via Collaborate->Update survey tab. Please see our February update and this help topic for details. Thanks, Zhifang

Hi @ArthurXiao , Thanks for sharing the ArcGIS Hub page which can reproduce the issue. It looks like the iframe code used by the ArcGIS Hub page does not allow the camera privilege (but only the geolocation privilege) for the embedded survey. Adding "camera 'src'" to the allow attribute of the iframe should fix this, showing in the attached screenshot. Thanks, Zhifang

Hi @amassucco , Survey123 uses attachments in feature service to store files for image or file questions (Image or File upload in the web designer). Currently, .shp, .kml, .kmz are NOT supported by a feature service. Raising an ticket to Esri Support could help on the progress. In the meantime, you can upload any files as a .zip package, this should be a workaround to collect such files in Survey123. Thanks, Zhifang

@Mondi_GIS , Can you please confirm where your survey is broken after the last update, Survey123 field app or the web app? If it is the field app, what is the build number? Please let us know once you send the XLSForm to the email mentioned by Ismael. Thanks, Zhifang
