Hi @ChrisOlivier1 , You can share the ownership of a survey with others on the Survey123 website->Collaborate page->Update survey tab. So others can change survey design (limited to surveys published from the website), view/update existing data, design report template...   Please see this help topic for details. ... View more

Would you mind trying to export the data from the item details page of the survey layer in ArcGIS Enterprise to see if the issue still occurs? Hi @Michael_Knapp , If you want to utilize the survey data for the text or URL of a hyperlink, it is currently not available in the Survey123 report.   We have a backlog issue for this and I've added your voice to it, but there is not a solid plan yet. Hi @abureaux , Did the getValue:"count" method apply to a select_multiple question in your case?   If yes, this was not a rigorous usage of the method and is caught in the new enhanced syntax checking process. If you want to get the number of selected choices in a select_multiple question, please use countSelected instead. For example ${select_multiple1 | countSelected} . Hi ALL, There was a security update to the Survey123 website on 7/29 PDT, the report service was interrupted for a period of time. Now it is fully recovered, also with performance improvements especially for a report contains many maps or images.   Thanks again for all your feedback. ... View more

@miharobarinho , Thanks for attaching the screenshot.   If the 504 error also occurs when you try to download a sample template, it indicates that the Survey123 website cannot download/access an item from your org.   Can you please share some more details? Are you connecting to an ArcGIS Enterprise instance on the Survey123 website https://survey123.arcgis.com?portalUrl=  ? If yes, can you please confirm if your ArcGIS Enterprise can be accessed from the internet? After deleting all existing report templates, can you create the 3 sample templates successfully? In addition to the 504 error when downloading a template, can you upload any local report template successfully? ... View more
