Heath, that's good to know, appreciated. We were looking to auto populate a survey form, which is for Municipal Route Patrol without involving too much in/out activities for the user. I think we working towards the JS function from below.

Michael Michael, I was just browsing your post, its been a while so things may have improved already. One option to speed up your imagery could be to post it to ArcGIS Online and call on it from there to use locally. We ended up doing this for some of our power users to avoid network issues. Just a suggestion. Nathan

Still not implemented? We have a number of "Shared Routes" generated with some very complex coding in ArcGIS Pro. We've converted them to GPX to run in 3rd party apps so that staff can navigate; but its not pretty, and certainly doesn't take advantage of integration abilities like Workforce to Navigator.

Any update? We have built our own Plans and Drawings Web App to store extent of drawings as well to act as a mobile app for crews to view scanned drawings roadside. Similar to this...Plans and Drawings | ArcGIS Solutions for Local Government Routinely, project drawings are larger than 10mb, some around 100, which cant be compressed any further and must have multiple pages. We are looking to store them in a ArcGIS Server Geodatabase as a workaround but, it would be nice to be able to have field and office crews preform their own attachments right from the app.

So they work in a Minimal Gallery, but not a Category Gallery.

We are experiencing the same, this was an older gallery so I made a new Category Gallery to look at the group and it still wouldn't open the URL. Any news on this. We use a number of galleries and we haven't been happy with some stuff that we have seen lately. It seems AGOL has been forcing us to also share map and layer content to the gallery wich makes it very overwhelming and messy, when before this was not the case. I submitted a support ticket to Esri with little clarification.

Regarding the same issue, I bumped into this because of a lack of knowledge. I kept inputting the general internal server URL rather than the URL thrown by the web connector in the add items menu of ArcGIS Online. It would accept the internal and post the data but not offer the credential storing options below the credential input from the add items menu. Once I used the proper web adapter URL the options appeared.

We run completely on ArcGIS Online, web hooks though integromat work directly with AGOL (Survey123) and Tracker is supposed to be compatible with AGOL, in the near future.

Is there any chance this bug will be solved soon? Its an annoying issue, it seems that we fought so long to get decent labels in AGOL. I'm sure that there are users who never considered that the Halo is crashing out their webapps for fieldworkers or general public.

Has there been any news regarding this? The issue persists despite setting empty date fields to be a specific year/time as a workaround with the "New" Collector and Explorer, though Classic Collector works fine. This is a big problem. #agol applications #agol error

I have a series of minimal galleries that show content (web maps & apps) for a number of staff. I would like to, as simply as possible, retain the ability to edit data in some of the web maps, but when staff click on the icon in the Gallery it opens the web maps as browser maps with no editing capabilities. I'm trying to determine how to force a web map to open using the standard map viewer (with editing controls etc) rather than the minimal browser view. I know that I could either use a document link that would use the map viewer URL or save/share the map as some kind of app, but I have a lot of these and if there is some setting or configuration it would save me a great deal of time.
