Yes thanks for your help David and thanks for the bug report. Yes I would guess that it is the ArcGIS Online SSL Checker suddenly is not recognizing our county organizations' COMODO cert. I know the county isn't going to change, so I'll take your advise and open an incident- David

Thanks for the reply. In my case it's clearly the first bullet item you've listed as we are using GIS Tier authentication. I can add that nothing has changed in our implementation since I last added a secure service 6 weeks ago. SSL checker indicates NO issues with our CA cert through the public facing web adaptor. I obviously cannot check the GIS Tiers' self-signed certs through something like SSL Checker as they are not public. But again, nothing has changed at that level. This makes me think that it is a portal issue. Any other suggestions?

Hello - Up until approximately 1 month ago I was able to add rest-secured services to our ArcGIS Online Portal AND be given the option to store credentials. It appears as of at least yesterday 4/20/2016 that this is not an option, or rather the option does not present itself when adding the item. This suggests to me that our AGOL portal is not recognizing the service as secure at upload time. Particulars: ArcServer10.3.1 WebAdaptor ssl signed by COMODO CA, Signature Algorithm: sha256WithRSAEncryption SSL Checker indicates all hops are good, everything resolves corrrectly in the chain. Suggestions? Thanks David

Hello - Esri support indicates that no additional update to the installation package will be available and as such the Mobile GP Tools will not be available for Desktop 10.4x. The Mobile GP Tools will continue to install on 10.3x. It is unfortunate that the Mobile install remains as a download under the additional products section for 10.4 as its confusing.

Jamie, Robert - for clarity, I am finding "this.selectLayerSpatial.addOption(spatialOptions);" on both lines 852 and 889. I'm guessing that the conditional above is placed at 853 and is not part of the error callback on 889?

Hi again - The answer here appears to be no. After upgrading to Desktop 10..4, the goeprocessing tools and arcpy module as downloaded from the are not installed after running the setup.exe for the ArcGIS 10.2.1 for Windows Mobile. I of course have migrated to Collector but unfortunately have a couple of third party mobile SDK applications that require the use of a mobile cache. I'll keep a desktop at 10.3.1 in order to run the gp tools but it will certainly help to have the 10.4 compatible release-- Does anyone know if ESRI is going to release a 10.4 compatible install? Esri?

Hello again all - does anyone know if ArcGIS 10.2.1 for Windows Mobile is compatabile with the ArcGIS 10.4 release? I am speaking specifically about the Additional Products Download section of MyEsri. For ArcGIS for Desktop 10.4. The ArcGIS 10.2.1 for Windows Mobile additional product lists that it is compatable with ArcGIS 10.3. Is this true for 10.4? ArcGIS 10.2.1 for Windows Mobile (compatible with ArcGIS 10.3) Thanks- David

Hi Michael, no I did not and have not encountered any issues at 10.3 or 10.31 and I've been running weekly cache updates since sometime last year. The consumption patch was included at 10.3 and at 10.3.1.
