Yes Kevin thanks I am doing that already.  I am getting pixel value returns in my configured popup from the DEM dynamic image service in my webmap from my dynamic image service, e.g. Surface Height: <b>{Raster.ServicePixelValue.Raw} FT</b>‍ I haven't actually explored adding my DEM service to one of my api apps but I think this would still work ... Yeah it's really unfortunate at this release.  Prior to 2.4, I was able to inter-layer both dynamic and tiled services to build a custom image and reference layer basemap.  That was a huge resource saver for us because I didn't have to cache my image service - at 4" resolution that takes alot of space.  The only fix will be for esri to re-code the base widget I guess ... No I have not.  Referenced image service layers added to a WAB 2.3 app vial the Add Data widget do not display values, only the layer title appears in the popup.  In my case I am adding a DEM, but it could just as easily be NDVI values . . .  ... View more

Nice update Robert.  Just as an fyi to all: My testing shows that for the attachment link to display in the popup, the user must activate the popup from a result in the results panel, and an attachement must be present for that feature.  Simply clicking the graphic in the map will not display the link.  Not a big deal to me or our users.  Hope to see you in March. ... Hi Chris - I'm familiar with the tools, thanks.  I was asking about chrome version becasue there have been check-box control issues in chrome since v54.x see my thread: https://community.esri.com/thread/187471-arcgis-server-manager-statistics-page-checkbox-error-chrome-54-55  which are still present a v56.x.  Then today just noticed the same mal-behaivor in a webmap when I  was exploring the new Human Geography vector tile basemap -  I could not check a layer on/off.  Then this thread caught my eye and I'm thinking these are related . . .  ...
