Unfortunately, Collector doesn't support labeling yet. It's something we're working on, but not currently scheduled as part of any release this year. Thanks, Mike

HI Alejandro... How are you? I see you're still doing GIS... Here's a post from a while back that should help explain this: Who can make this  ESRI'S reply simple and easy to understand ? Thanks, Mike

You don't buy more credits, you get them automatically if you go over your allotment. You'll pay $0.13 per credit used over your allotment (the subscription cost per credit is $0.10). If you're going over your allotment every month, at some point it's more economical to upgrade your subscription rather than paying for credits on demand. thanks, Mike

With a developer subscription, the answer can be found here at the very bottom of the page: Plans | ArcGIS for Developers Essentially,
"If you go over your credit allowance, we'll simply sell you more credits at a slightly higher rate. The extra charge is 13 cents per credit."
If you're going over consistently every month, at some point it would be more economical for you to upgrade. Thanks, Mike

This is a bug. The issue is caused by rounding error. The class break ends at 0.2513595342, but the calculated value when carried out with more decimal points ends up falling outside the break. 43171/171750=0.2513595342066958 The source of this bug is actually ArcMap, as the same code is reused for AGOL. This issue is documented in our defect tracking system. No release date set that I can see. Thanks, Mike

Can you tell me what the popup is supposed to show? Should it be displaying attributes from the main table or have you hidden all the main table attributes and only showing summary statistics? Do you have any charts defined on related fields? Thanks, Mike

this appears to be a bug. What type of field is the relationship set on, string, numeric? What happened when you clicked Show Related Records? Did the table display? Or did you get a message saying no related records? Thanks, Mike

What kind of relationship? I assume 1 to 1, not 1 to many. 1) When you say blank, the whole popup is blank? 2) Collector currently doesn't support displaying or editing related records. You can see the related fields listed in the popup because the popup definition includes them. However, Collector can't sent or receive related records. We are working on supporting this. Thanks, Mike

Jon, We have fixed the problem locally and it is now undergoing testing. We have an update to the website going live at the end of next week, so if all testing goes well, we'll include it. Thanks for letting us know about the issue. Mike

The apps don't dynamically change zoom levels based on basemap changes. It's the initial basemap that sets the zoom levels. So, if you start with Imagery, you'd have enough for the light gray canvas. However, the light gray canvas won't display at zoom levels beyond what it has. Thanks, Mike

It is not possible to make modifications to a hosted web application. The only way to track usage with google analytics, would be to download the application and deploy it on your own web server. Thanks, Mike
