Queries have limited support in Explorer Online. I believe they only can be configured against layers pointing to services. You can't query at all in ArcGIS.com map viewer. Thanks, Mike

@bdwillet If everything is working fine with your personal account, there is no additional cost. You don't have to purchase a subscription. If you want to start publishing your own services from your data (not web maps), that's when you need a subscription. Presently, the smallest subscription consists of 5 users with 2500 credits. Thanks, Mike

With bookmarks, you can only add or remove. There is no ability to order them in the ArcGIS.com map viewer, except the order you enter them. Thanks, Mike

Jen, What version of desktop are you running? Are these layers you've uploaded or public layers? Can you provide the URLs to the layers? If they are your layers, you'll need to share them publicly for me to see them. Thanks Mike

There really isn't any labeling ability and you can only 'hide' layers from the legend from the context menu of the layer in the Contents panel when viewing the map. There's a small arrow next to the layer name that displays the context menu. http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisonline/help/#/Viewing_a_legend/010q0000008p000000/ Thanks, Mike

I'm not sure I understand your question correctly. But, I can say there is no way to control the behavior of how transparent images display together. This is all handled by the browser blending the various images together. Where two layers overlap with different colors, the resulting image will be a blend of the colors of both and the ability to see through the two layers to a third may be lessened. Thanks, Mike

You can upload the CSV directly into the map from a file. From the map, find the Add button and click Add layer from file. Then navigate to your CSV file. You will first need to rename the columns for latitude and longitude to be "lat" and "Long" instead of the current abbreviations you have. Here are some help topics that may help. Adding layers from a file - http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisonline/help/#/Adding_layers_from_files/010q000000m6000000/ Info about CSV files - http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisonline/help/#/About_CSV_TXT_and_GPX_files/010q0000008v000000/ About popups - http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisonline/help/#/About_displaying_attributes_with_pop_up_windows/010q0000004s000000/ Thanks, Mike

Andrew, If all of your data is already on ArcGIS Server, you don't need to purchase a subscription. You can continue to use ArcGIS Online as you have been to view and share maps on the web. Thanks, Mike

I see what you see, basically nothing. I believe there is a problem with this WMS service. This service doesn't work in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Desktop. The service advertises in GetCapabilities that it supports version 1.3.0, which is the version we then use. However, no image gets returned when you send a request in. But, if you change the version to 1.1.1, an image is returned in ArcMap. Unfortunately, there is no way to specify a version number in ArcGIS Online and we always request the version specified in GetCapabilities. The application you reference isn't sending a request to the same WMS service endpoint, as far as I can tell. I see this request getting sent. Now, maybe behind the scenes, it's actually sending a request to the WMS service, I don't know. "http://imagery.carbon.utah.gov/latlonghistorical/map.aspx?state=layers%3d5%2c6%2c7%2c8%24viewport%3d3.3073049083654720e%2b000%2c3.3073049083654720e%2b000%2c9.4260965795819702e%2b003%2c3.6704127015508144e%2b004%24&command=&mode=zoomIn&query=&queryPars=&what=&where=&x=216&y=217" I'd suggest contacting the WMS service provider and ask them to fix their WMS service so that it property supports version 1.3.0. Thanks, Mike

PJ, I can reproduce your drawing problem. I'm not seeing any problem when testing your map against our development servers, so I believe it will be fixed by the end of next week. If you still see issues after next week, let us know. Thanks, Mike
