Hi Nick, In order to disable the editor tracking from the service, turn on enable editing, which will then allow you to turn uncheck the Keep track of who created and last updated feature check box. If you are looking to remove just the attribute from the pop ups, remove the last editor attribute when configuring pop ups. Cheers, -Kelly

Hi Michael, There are a few ways to go about scripting publishing. You can try this by scripting direct rest calls using the rest API and using arcpy to create the SD file. Check out the following github repo for a sample using arcpy and Rest API calls This script generates a token for authentication and then add's an item and publishes the item. -Kelly

Hi, I think you are using ArcMap and trying to publish to ArcGIS Online. To do this, Sign into ArcGIS Online from File> Sign in and then follow the steps outlined in this documentation: Publish hosted feature layers—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS -Kelly

Thanks for the great resources Dan! Allen, As mentioned in the documentation, it is a best practice to publish your data to ArcGIS Online in UTC time. You can set a time zone on up to two fields when publishing from ArcMap and you can select a timezone when publishing from a CSV. Can you describe why you are unable to modify the date and time? Is it a technology limitation or a data policy? Either way, I'd like to learn a little more about your workflow if possible. Thanks, Kelly

Hi Don, A bug has been logged in reference to this: BUG-000096616 - Unable to print a web map when zooming in to the last 4 zoom levels (basemap: Imagery, Topographic and street), and the following error is returned: "Map data not yet available" Feel free to contact technical support and request to be attached to the bug, or I will update this post once the bug is made public. Thanks for your feedback! Micah, are you using ArcGIS Server dynamic Map services for your layers or tiled services? Annina Theres Hirschi Wyss, we may need to look into this issue further. I'll reach out when I have more information. Thanks, Kelly

HI Kate, There isn't an overwrite option available for Vector tile layers currently. To overwrite your layer, delete the already existing service, and the publish button will become enabled on your vector tile package item. You can then publish the item. The publishing process doesn't consume credits, so you won't be charged for republishing the data. As the tiles were generated on your machine before uploading the vector tile package, you won't be charged for tile generation. If you upload a vector tile package with more data (increased amount of tiles), your resulting vector tile service may incur more storage charges, but this wouldn't be any different in the case of overwriting the service. Let me know if you have any questions, Kelly

Hi Jillian, To add to Joseph Segretto, GISP's post, you need to add the full map server url when creating a map image item type: Example:https://sampleserver5.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/CommercialDamageAssessment/MapServer If you add the layer and specify a layer number, ex. https://sampleserver5.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/CommercialDamageAssessment/MapServer/0 you will create a feature layer. Cheers, Kelly

HI Samantha, The service which is used as a reference will need to have feature access enabled. When adding the service, ensure that you use the /FeatureServer Url. Thanks Kelly

Hi Samantha, Can you share the url that you are trying to add? A few questions: 1. Are you adding a feature service url? 2. Are you using a feature service that has https enabled? I would also recommend reaching out to Esri Technical Support if you want someone to troubleshoot the issue with you. -Kelly

Hi Micah, Can you take a look at the new visualization tab where you can configure pop ups? I think this may resolve you issue and eliminate the need for the "Oh Crap" button as you can't remove the pop up configuration from this tab. The purpose is to set a default pop up configuration for the layer that can be used in multiple web maps, which will remain with the layer. You will still have the option to change the pop up configuration in the web map, but if you accidentally hit remove, the default pop up will be available again through the layer configuration if the layer is re-added. Let us know if this has resulted in any improvements to your workflow. -Kelly
