Hi, When uploading a file to ArcGIS Online from My Content, there is a file size limit of 1GB, ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro support publishing larger files. Frequently asked questions—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS There aren't any hard limits for the number of records in your data. If you are running into issues uploading or publishing files that are smaller than 1 GB, try looking at the data, or contact Technical Support for help troubleshooting the issue. -Kelly

Hi Allen, I can't see the attachment in the above post. It sounds like the student may have a custom role that prevents sharing. If she needs to have the capabilities to share with everyone and the organization, check with your ArcGIS Online administrator to see if her role has been granted these privileges under sharing: Share with organization Share with public Organization roles—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Let me know if that helps, Kelly

Hi Martha, To control the amount of suggestions or the ability to use suggestions, you can modify the search parameters in the search configuration. Select the Edit button beside the search source name and either disable search or limit the returned results. Try modifying those parameters, and let me know if the performance improves.

To add onto Derek's post, there are a few other places in ArcGIS Online where you can edit related records. It is possible to edit related records through the data tab on the details page. Thanks Jayanta, Most likely the cause of the issue being experienced is that the layer (USA States) is a feature layer which is not a supported basemap layer type. The following types of layers can be included in a multilayer basemap: Imagery Map image Tile Vector tile WMS OGC WMTS OGC Bing OpenStreetMap If you have any questions about the layer type, feel free to share the service url, -Kelly

Hi Lee, You can enable attachments on your feature services before or after you publish them. This documentation will help to get the feature layer set up to accept attachments: Enable Attachments on a published Feature Service Manage hosted web layers—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Enable Attachments before Publishing through ArcGIS Desktop Enabling attachments—ArcGIS Help | ArcGIS for Desktop Once you have a layer with attachments available in your selected web map, options to expose this feature through geoform will be visible. -Kelly

Hi Kitty, In order to configure a time slider on a web map or in the time aware configurable app, you must enable time on a feature service. To do this with your own data, you will need to have an ArcGIS Server installation or you can publish a hosted feature service if you have an ArcGIS Online organizational account.
