Hi, Are you adding the html tag in the pop up? There is a specific set of HTML tags and protocols that can be used in the ArcGIS Online website. Any tags/protocols, like FTP that aren't listed on this document will be filtered out when the web map is saved which may explain the url that you are reporting. -Kelly

In addition to the crowdsource reporter app, there are a few other apps options to enable editing of geometry to the public using the configurable apps and the Web App Builder. The key component will be creating a polygon feature service with with editing capabilities and polygon geometry. Hi Alix, Is this a cached map image layer? If it isn't you can add the specific layer as a feature layer to the map without republishing to add the features above the WFS layer. Hi Margaret, Did you enable the capability to allow members to update all items in the group? If so, you will need to share the items to this type of group from My Content, Share> Access and Update Capabilities. This process is outlined in this documentation -Kelly

Hi Katie, Although you don't require an Organizational account to create a Crowdsource Reporter app, you do need to have an editable layer which requires feature service hosted on ArcGIS Server or a hosted feature service (requires an organization account). Hi Josh, You can configure which Address locator to use in the ArcGIS Online Map viewer, by adding your address locator to Utility services in the Edit Settings tab of your organization. You will need to have a default Administrator role to perform this task. Configure utility services—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Once this is configured, you can also select which locator to use by default in any of your apps and the Map Viewer. Cheers, Kelly

Hi Robert, You can also register a layer of a map service as a feature layer, by adding the URL with the layer number: Feature Layer: http://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/NapervilleShelters/MapServer/0 Map Image Layer: http://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/NapervilleShelters/MapServer If you are looking to edit the layer, then you will want to ensure that it is a feature service. -Kelly
