Hello,

Please excuse my question if it is naïve - web mapping has only been a peripheral part of my work.

I have used an ArcGIS Organizational account in the past to publish map applications that allow editing of hosted feature services. I no longer have access to an organizational account and am interested using an app like Crowdsourcing Reporter, but with different categories for reporting. Is it possible to do this with a free ArcGIS Online account, or is this app really only configurable with a paid subscription?

Hi Katie,

Although you don't require an Organizational account to create a Crowdsource Reporter app, you do need to have an editable layer which requires feature service hosted on ArcGIS Server or a hosted feature service (requires an organization account).
