The September 2018 release of ArcGIS contained the ability to export an activity log, which contains history of actions made to content, members, organizations, and groups in your ArcGIS organization. This blog outlines some basics of understanding the history log: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-/administration/exploring-the-organization-activity-log-csv This series of blogs will show quick ways of filtering the activity blog to find specific information. I've removed some information from the attached logs, so please note, IP address, org id and reqid are not included. This is also a fictional organization, with minimal events to make it easier to find specific events. What happened to my item? Scenario: An item, b0a01e2e668f40168aa6d9a753efacb, that was supposed to be hidden until a press release on Wednesday, February 28, 2018. was made public early. Use the history log to determine who updated the items sharing privileges and when this occurred. Detective Steps: 1. Download the Activity log setting the start date so that it will capture the time span in questions (Feb 26, 2018) 2. Open the CSV as an excel document 3. Input the itemID in the search bar in excel 4. Filter the action column to view all share actions 5. Look at the data column and determine which event updated the sharing to everyone:true. Notice it appears that Donna Content username shared the item publicly right after Brandon Analyst shared with a specific group.

Hi Bryan, Currently you would need to create multiple groups and create apps that way. Check out this example that the disaster response team has created: http://www.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MinimalGallery/index.html?appid=b4d43754a17749df81a68838f24d8fba Each card opens a gallery about a specific topic. In an upcoming release we are working on adding group categories to a gallery app. This won't allow you to embed groups within groups, but it will allow you to categorize your content, allowing users to select the categories as filters. Check out the example D in this blog for more information: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/administration/content-categories-four-ways-an-introduction-to-o… Let us know if any of these options may help you get up and running. -Kelly

Hi Scott, You will need to export/download the data and republish it in ArcGIS Server. If you have ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5.1 or above installed, you could look into using distributed collaboration. Thanks, Kelly

You can also add coded value domains through a list of values from the data tab in ArcGIS Online. This is related to how your pop up is configured for visible fields vs. editable fields. When you select Configure Pop Ups> Configure attributes, you can select which fields are displayed by default when displaying the pop up or what is displayed when editing.

HI Bobby, Thanks for the feedback. We are working on some functionality to better categorize members in a future release. I'm going to update the title of this idea, but please share other types of categories that may be helpful to your users. -Kelly

Hi Renata, We are working on improving the ability to show image attachments in pop ups, but it will take some time to implement this capability. For now, I'd suggest using this tool which automates the workflow that you were doing manually. https://community.esri.com/docs/DOC-7445-show-attachments-in-web-map-popup -Kelly

This is not available out of the box through editing capabilities. You may be able to look into creating some custom app that captures and submits this information as an edit to a hosted feature service. I'd also suggest logging an idea on the ideas site about this functionality.
